Made an appointment online (same day)for a Full synthetic oil change & wheel alignment. All eligible discounts were applied to my services. I loved the estimated cost, no hidden fees & my car was ready before my quoted time. I got a detailed before & after printout of my alignment. Definitely recommend & will be back with my SUV. I needed at full set of new tires. I came to American Tire Depot because my fiancé had a very positive experience with Albert. I didn’t meet Albert, but I met Robert. He is kind, thoughtful and respects the staff and the gentlemen doing the work in the shop. He took time to educate me on the tires I had on my Benz and offered a wonderful alternative that I otherwise would not have known about. The quality of the those tires vs the amount of driving I actually do were high quality and not nearly as expensive as the tires that came with the car. He didn’t have to share that info. With the Labor Day sell, I also got one of those tires free. My car drove beautifully. The ride was very different. I can’t articulate how but I’m so pleased. The quality and information he shared is invaluable. Customer service is a big deal to me and Robert and company were honest, generous with their knowledge, kind and empathetic. It’s rare to find that. If you’re unsure of what you need, this is the place to go. They really care and have a huge amount of integrity and pride in the services they offer. Thank you Robert. We went there for a slow leak on our new XT4 and Robert ensured that we got it fixed after a wait ( about 45 min.) Which is more than reasonable. I recommend this business without reservation. They will treat you right.

I came in without an appointment today a couple hours before they were closing to replace one busted tire. I was told by the helpful woman at reception that it would take an hour and a half. I only waited about 45 minutes even though they had a lot of customers before me. I got a good rate on my tire and it was quick and friendly service. I would definitely come here again if I needed to replace my tires!

This place saved me. I got a flat on the 610 and saw some shrapnel in the tire. My rental company suggested American Tire Depot because they fix flats for free when possible.
I went in on Friday and was told they were too busy but to come back Saturday and they would help me out. Came back Saturday at 9 am and they held true to their word.
After inspecting the tire they noticed a second nail in it! I’m renaming the 610 Mad Max highway. It’s covered in debris like it’s from a dystopian battle field.
Long story short, they changed the tire for me in less than 1/2 and hour and got me on my way. I was unable to drop off because of my crazy long schedule, so they really went the extra mile and for that I’m extremely grateful.

Excellent experience at Sunset American Tire depot. The manager on duty was very friendly helpful and honest. They helped me out with a super quick tire repair for free when they could have let me spend the money on a new tire unnecessarily. They have earned my business and i will be using their services for all my tire needs moving forward. A++
