Made a ATM check deposite at this location. And they put a 10 day hold in it for a missing signature. Customer since 2003. Very disapointed. Dont bank with Wells Fargo.

While most days employees are friendly they are definitely not helpful. I’ve attempted 3 times to make changes to an account and after being informed to make appointments (online because they could not make one in office) I succeeded at what I thought was scheduling to finally take care of a matter. I walk in and I am not on their schedule so once again got turned away (completely empty not one customer in office) employees were sitting at their desks/stations waiting for customers. Way to go Hollister team on customer service!

Wells Fargo or thieves don't nobody ever get Wells Fargo worst piece of s*** bank ever all they do is screw you and charge you $35 for everything I'm going to be talking to my lawyer about that because I know they got sued years ago for the same thing if anybody reads this message to not care Wells Fargo withdraw all your money go somewhere else.

I have been a customer for 15 and have never treated so rudely as by the manager, Lani, at this branch. I called and she did not understand my question. Her voice was audibly annoyed and angry. At one point she called me a liar! Absolutely rediculous.

I recently moved to Hollister with my Husband and so far we have really loved this city. Customer service around most of the area has been very welcoming. As i said “most of the area” because unfortunately, we have visited this specific location twice. The first time, all the ladies starred when we walked in. Didn't smile didn’t say welcome. The young lady who assisted me had a very distracted attitude focused on everything else around her except my transaction. My husband and I left a but disappointed but said “hey maybe her day is a bit off”. Well that wasn't the case. On Thursday 1/9 at around 5:30pm my husband and I arrived again and there was only two woman working. The one on the left side on about the third slot from the right to left assisted us. I greet first and explain the cause of my visit. She had no smile she looked very upset. She was extremely slow in a sense that she moved very unmotivated through every step of my process. I didn’t catch a name because I decided to not complete my transaction since I was giving the questions she was barely answering had no details I didn't trust her work. She spoke very low as if she was lying and just didn't want to do anything. I didn't feel confident to stay. It is extremely sad to know the previous city where we bank made us feel Proud to be Wells Fargo bankers. We were always greeted with a smile, made conversation while making a transaction, ensured that before we left we were taken care of completely. We felt so assured. This place has now had its second strike and we don’t need a third. We are DEFINITELY NOT COMING AGAIN. I highly recommend to commute a little farther but at least be taken care of as a CUSTOMER since this is a CUSTOMER SERVICE industry. I also would advise the Recruiting Coordinator to better filter their candidates as they have done a very poor job. Theres is plenty of Staffing Agencies that can assist with that! Your team is lacking Motivation, Self-Esteem, and Customer Service all in one.

I always get the help that i need. Although, there is certain hours where it can get busy and that's when the line gets pretty slow. But overall i love this bank.

I have mixed feelings about this branch and also mixed feelings about Wells Fargo. As a long-time customer, I have noticed changes in the last few years that are worrisome. If you're looking to save your money, this is not the place, unless you have a lot of money with which to start. They charge fees for everything! I think that the fees must be going to the hiring of extra people to micromanage the customers. Even when I go in, sit quietly in one of the chairs, and try to put my paperwork together with my head down, that doesn't stop an employee from coming right up and trying to talk to me and commenting on anything and everything. It's too much! I do like many of the other staff, however, especially Lauro (teller) and Priscilla (banker). They are friendly (but not overly so), efficient, and accurate.

I was in this branch to open bank account for my son and was very pleased with banker's professionalism. My banker was very knowledgeable and customer's needs oriented. Being the Chase loyal customer for years I even thought about to switch to Wellsfargo bank. See Maria if you want to open account there!
