Made an online request for Covid 19 test kits, typed in zip code and the Hollister store had them in stock . Put in the order, called at stated time, sorry not in stock. About normal for this Walgreens.

No sense of customer service anymore, at this location. I guess managers and regular staff both don’t get paid enough to greet customers at entry and checkout, and same for smiling and for apologizing for neglecting to check if there are customers in line while they talk to other employees or help/talk with friends. Yes it’s obvious who the mangers are and no they aren’t friendly nor do they set an example for the regular staff and be sure they enforce decent customer service. I’m happily taking my business to Safeway because they actually act like they want my business and money.

2/14/2024Excellent experience. I live 1,300 miles from here and left home short on a couple of meds. I ordered what I needed while I was in Utah, and after a phone call, they understood that I didn't need a full refill, just enough to get me through my road trip. My meds were ready for me the day I got to Hollister, and it took a load off my mind. Excellent service - Thank you.Five stars ? ? ? ? ?

I don’t understand why this place has such bad ratings. Way better than some of the other Walgreens I have dealt with. I lost my job back in December. I’ve been struggling to pay for my medication due to losing benefits and they always find coupons to save me a significant amount of money. Very helpful staff in the pharmacy. A++++

Worst pharmacy experience always. They never have medication ready when they say they will. They don't tell you that an item is out of stock until you show up and then they can't tell for sure when it will arrive. Wait is always long. I'm currently at drive thru stuck 3 other vehicles. It's been 30 minutes. Clearly understaffed and they don't seem to care

I don't appreciate going to the pharmacy and being treated like I am a drug seeker. I went to pick up a prescription for pain medicine because I have had multiple surgeries, and I am living in chronic pain. The pharmacist, Akram, asked me why I needed this pain medication, which I usually get filled at Costco in Gilroy. I told him that I had multiple surgeries which did not work out and I am living in chronic pain. He said to me that the surgery should have fixed my problem. And then he rolled his eyes at me and said that the doctors reason for filling the prescription was vague and it just said chronic pain. he treated me like I was just there trying to get pain medication because I wanted it to get high. If I wanted to get high, I would go to a dispensary and get legal cannabis products that would get me high. But that's not what I need. I need pain medication and the only reason I went to Walgreens was because Costco was out of stock and I was out of pain medication which I need. I felt disrespected and he was very unprofessional. I will never go to this pharmacy again after this prescription is filled. I just need it and Costco was out of stock.

I had nó choice but to give this walgreens a 1 star due to terrible customer service at the pharmacy. The line is around the corner and no one would serve the customers. I was told it would take 2 hours to fill 2 percriptions. 4 hours later, i am still waiting on my precription.

This is the worst Pharmacy! They never have my wife's maintenance anti-seizure medication even thought we have been getting it there for the last 6 years. They always blame her Doctor, but the doctor provides proof they sent the authorization over already. They could not careless about the patient. After going in there and talking to the pharmacist they found a few days worth of meds. Why did they not offer that up in the beginning. If your meds are important for your health and life, go to a different pharmacy.
