They don’t even deserve 1 star!! I made an appointment this morning for a flu test NOT covid as well as called to make sure this wasn’t going to be an issue and waited 30 minutes only to be told they don’t know how to register in order to bill for that. I also heard the Pharmacist ask the staff why did you tell her we could do that. Waiting times ar sling for nothing and staff is incompetent. No apologies just come back tomorrow!

Horrible service wear comfortable shoes you'll be standing there a while waiting for the guy to stop pretending to be busy you need the patience of a monk or go somewhere else if you're in a hurry for something important like medication.

We made an appointment to get the Covid vaccine and received an email confirmation and then another "reminder". When we showed up at our scheduled time (and day) we were told that they didn't have the vaccines yet and it might be a week or two. Fool me once...

Don't bother making an appointment at the pharmacy. Waited 40 minutes to be seen for a single vaccine. All the people behind the counter didn't have any urgency. Pharmacist who did my vaccine didn't wear gloves either.

Once I finally got here, they had what I wanted, the store was clean, and the service was fast and friendly. This Walgreens is adjacent to a new shopping area which is extremely difficult to access. Google maps is totally confused.

Absolute WORST!!! Tried to work with the pharmacist and my insurance company on the phone to get a vaccination for college and he kept insisting that we needed a number that did not exist. The insurance company was on the phone with me and my daughter and him and he still rejected her and said we had to pay CASH or nothing...VERY RUDE about it as well. I have NEVER had any issue with my Blue Cross PPO top of the line coverage insurance EXCEPT HERE and NEVER had a pharmacist be so RUDE and NOT want to help work something out....NEVER will I go again for ANYTHING at Walgreens anywhere!! DONE!Update: Just to verify this PCN number i supposedly needed, i made two more calls to my insurance company to see what this number was. They both gave me the same number that I gave this pharmacist. He said it was wrong! Insurance said that it was not needed anyway to process again so either he was so involved in being rude to my daughter and me...smirking and chuckling he just didn't care or he was entering something wrong and just didn't care. At the end of the day....it was obvious....he just didn't care!! It was quite a learning experience for my 18 year old daughter as well on how to keep her cool to absolutely rude people and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I don't know who to complain to but every single time I drop off an RX it's 6 hrs or more before I get it. one time I nearly passed out in the pharmacy waiting because I was so sick and they could clearly see it. also I've had my RX lost when the dr clearly sent it over. extremely incompetent.

Tried calling but never got past the automated message because it kept getting disconnected. I need to speak to someone about a package of mine that's being held as I'm not available to go in person to pick it up myself until a few days later.

Thank you Gabe! Gabe went above and beyond to help me out with a picture order. He was super professional, friendly, and you can tell he's very hardworking.

Service horrible.. Many repeat trips to fill prescriptions because they are not done when they say they're done... We have boycotted Walgreens for a year and plan to continue...Now that Walgreens has denied birth control medications, we will tell everyone we know to avoid Walgreens like the )bad) joke it truly is.

My wife and I saw the reviews here and went to the Gilroy walgreens and had the worst experience we have ever had at any pharmacy. So this month, we decided to give this walgreens a try after the owner responded to my wife's review about being concerned about the bad reviews on here. I'm not sure if they have a new pharmacist or not, but our experience was great. They were very nice and helpful. Treated us like people, unlike the Gilroy location. They even gave us advice on how to make sure we do not have issues in the future. Yes, it took 20-30 minutes to have them fill the prescription even though it was called in a few days ago, but it didn't take any longer than it would at any other pharmacy around this area. If you have had a bad experience here in the past, you may want to give them another chance because it seems like they have listened to the bad reviews and have made improvements.

Extreme waiting times, unexpected closures, software malfunctions, inadequate staffing, arbitrary policies between different pharmacist, calls redirected to central hub then back to store for wait times of up to an hour and a half, not enough hours (closes at 6 so if you work anywhere outside hollister you may have to take off from work since there also not open early), the list goes on.I have been using this pharmacy for nearly 4 years and it was pretty good.In the past year I have had multiple failed attempts to get medication on the day of pick up because the pharmacy had been closed, or systems were down. Or one pharmacist will tell me to come one day and another saying it’s a day too early when I show up. I can’t go without taking my medicine so I have resorted to the hospital ER because of the pharmacy’s issues.Do yourself a favor and do not come here. There are much better pharmacies in the area. I unfortunately have an insurance issue that prefers Walgreens.Nob Hill is probably #1, Safeway, right aid is even better.I would say please change but what’s the point? To get a random boiler plate message about how you’ll do better?I’m here warn people and make it less difficult for me by having less people come there ;)
