Alma was great! She is very personable, kind and did all she could to help us get our phone transferred over to a new phone, even though the old one was a mess. Even being busy, Alma took the time necessary to help us. Truly appreciated, Thank you

I don't often give a 5 star review but Alma, at this location, definitely deserves it. Competent and knowledgeable she solved our complex issue of replacing a stolen phone, changing Apple ID and iCloud access. I'll admit I was skeptical walking into the store as I had repeatedly had mediocre service at the other location but I feel I can confidently come here and receive good service. Whatever Alma gets paid it's not enough. Now the cell service in Hollister? It's AWFUL! We discussed that and she said it's the growing population and Verizon struggling to keep up with that. Whatever. That's a poor excuse in my opinion for a giant corporation.

Jerry was very kind and patient in assisting me with my switch of phones. I added a new line and got the IPhone 15 pro max. He transferred all the data and despite it taking a little more than 3 hours to complete. He listened when I explained the phone numbers I wanted on the phone. He helped with adding my screen protector.

I really wish I could review this location with zero stars. It's really unfortunate because my husband and I were so excited to join Verizon after long term Sprint/T-Mobile customers. We came in 11/29 around 7:30pm and were helped by Alonso (or Alfonso) and switched our carrier and got new phones. We were communicated how much the bill was going to roughly be and then today when we received our bill, it was nearly double the price. I went in today around 12pm to speak with someone who was extremely rude to me and seemed bothered why I was even there to begin with and refused to answer my questions because my name wasn't on the account. Which we had originally asked for when we switched. He said the only reason our accounts were over charged was due to an "Activation Fee" for both phones which was not explained upon purchase or was in our contract. When I asked about it not being communicated he said "You cant expect to just get things for free every company does this, you need to understand we are busy and if something isn't said its not our fault" My husband then called since his name was the account and then he proceeded to say he cant help him because he wasn't physically there and then said we were frustrating him and he refused to help us and refused to give his name and yelled he was not our rep so its not on him. He said we would need to wait til our rep was working to discuss our contract but he could not give us a time frame of when he would be there. I ended up having to call the 800 number for any real customer service. Only to be told there was no "Activation Fee" and our bill was wrong. This type of customer service is totally unacceptable and the hostility was unnecessary. I hope to hear from the manager of this location and the gentleman with the glasses learns how to speak to customers as well as Alosno (Alfonso) learns how communicate better.

A big thanks to Alma Leal. Thanks to Apple’s latest IOS update, my iPhone locked up and was a brick for 5 days. I restored it from a backup, but the cellular function was locked. I tried to reactivate it online but finally gave up. I stopped by the Hollister Verizon store and Alma had been fixed up in 5 minutes! Thanks again!

I was having a rough time getting a trade in phone activated; I spent more than 2 hours by phone with verizon customer service and nobody new how to fix the problem. Until I met Josh at the Hollister Verizon store, I can say he is the cellphone guru. He fixed the problem in 5 min. I am glad I went there. Their customer service is awesome. Thank you Josh

Has an amazing time at the Verizon in Hollister. Carlos Orta III was an amazing help with my Fold4. With his help, I am now getting the Fold4 due to a shortage on the 4. I am so glad he thought out of the box to help me.
