My husband and I had the best experience at the Verizon store here in Hollister. We were helped by an amazing team, we saw Kamana, Jazmin, Alfonso, and Alma. All of them gave us great service! Jazmine was very focused on solving an ongoing issue we couldn’t figure out until we came into the store. Jazmine with Alfonso’s help were able to fix our phones problem. If it wasn’t for Jazmine determination, we would still have a problem. We’re so helpful to Alma being able to up bring such an amazing team here at the Verizon store in Hollister. They are a fantastic team here! We feel good in their hands.

Had a great experience at this Verizon. I can always count on the employees on getting us in and out in a timely manner. William was so great with helping us out in getting a new phone. Highly recommend you ask for William. :)

I had a great experience upgrading my equipment. The store was busy upon arrival and the staff acknowledged my presence and assured me they’d be right with me. Ultimately, I had Alma help me. She was very professional and went over all options and costs. Following decisions, she was able to migrate all my data even after an initial snag. After migration she took me through new features of my phone. Overall, my situation took time and, even with a busy store, I received amazing, straight-forward customer service. Very knowledgeable and results oriented staff at the Hollister Verizon store.

I'm guessing it's not your fault but you're still selling the phones with poor cell service. Why is my phone getting one bar of 4G in the middle of a parking lot in the middle of Hollister? I pay for 5G all month I never get 5G then most the time I'm lucky if I get three bars of 4G and then the GPS on it sucks pretty much everything about Verizon in this town is horrible. Do you notify your customers before they buy a phone that Verizon has horrible coverage in this town?!

We were very impressed the minute we walked through the door. We were greeted and helped immediately. Special kudos to Paul who is very personable and helped us every step of the way. Our new phones were set up and he made sure everything was working before we left. We couldn’t have asked for better service

Alfonso Guerrero,
He helped me twice to work through my problems with my android, and finally got me into a iPhone, 15 pro which is made a world of difference to me. He took the time and patience to understand my needs. The time I spent was very minimal compared to the frustration I was going through. Thank you very much, Alfonso.

Terrible service. I am not happy with any of the service members at this store (except for Paul). I had a simple issue with my phone, they couldn't figure out for 4 weeks. I ended up solving it myself on YouTube. The manager Alma is absolutely terrible. No customer service skills whatsoever and definitely no rush or priority for business accounts.

Alma was great! She is very personable, kind and did all she could to help us get our phone transferred over to a new phone, even though the old one was a mess. Even being busy, Alma took the time necessary to help us. Truly appreciated, Thank you

I don't often give a 5 star review but Alma, at this location, definitely deserves it. Competent and knowledgeable she solved our complex issue of replacing a stolen phone, changing Apple ID and iCloud access. I'll admit I was skeptical walking into the store as I had repeatedly had mediocre service at the other location but I feel I can confidently come here and receive good service. Whatever Alma gets paid it's not enough. Now the cell service in Hollister? It's AWFUL! We discussed that and she said it's the growing population and Verizon struggling to keep up with that. Whatever. That's a poor excuse in my opinion for a giant corporation.
