My company is shipping packages here for a project I'm working on. I picked up 2 boxes the day before and was not charged but today when I came in I was informed that there was a surprise $5 fee to pick up each package.This fee is not listed on the website or in store so I'm not sure if it was made up on the spot or not. When asked about it, I was told it was so they could pay rent and store packages for people. Even though one of my packages had been there for 2 hours or less and they almost didn't know it had been delivered because they hadn't scanned it in.Ship to store or pick up fees are reasonable if they are communicated somewhere so the customer is aware of them. We'll be choosing a different delivery location for the remaining boxes for the project.

Came in to open a UPS Box. Waited in line like everyone else. When it was finally my turn, I was told that I couldn't because of how busy they they were helping customers. I asked him how / why he wasn't willing to help a customer that's simply looking to purchase a service that they offer. He said again that they are understaffed & too busy with Amazon returns. I then waited until they had zero customers in line and was still told that I couldn't be helped because of all the Amazon returns that needed processed. I then asked when would be a better time to come back. He recommended at 8 am. But then was coming up with excuses for why that wouldn't be a good time. Then said that he was feeling threatened by me because I was making eye contact with him while trying to figure out when would be a good time to get a box opened.

Dropped off a return package and was helped with that by a very pleasant and professional young man.

If you need a passport photo, this location may not be the best place to go.1. The staff are ignorant about the government's requirement that the photo should have a white background---The photo I got had a pink hue to its background, and the lady asserted it would work. Turned out not qualified, according to my attorney and had to take a new picture 2. Camera not working---I went back to the store to have the picture taken again. The guy (named Connor?) refused to take the photo for me, saying he's not comfortable doing so and asking me to come back in one hour. So, one hour later, I went back to this store for the third time. Unfortunately, their camera was acting up, showing only a blurred tawny portrait. Disaster. Wasted more than one week or so.Eventually, they offered a refund, but it doesn't compensate the cost of my time and energy. Any service that you claim you can offer, please get it ready--the equipments, your staff's knowledge and so forth. That's just the basic rule of doing business.

Mailed April 22 reported damaged May 8th. Did all the paperwork turned in all pictures estimates and such had purchased insurance as of today Oct 2 still not settled and reimbursed the $702, always has an excuse and it's someone's else's issue. Every time I come here, the staff is super helpful and prompt. Conner helped me today and he was super patient with me when I didn’t have my labels printed. I’ll definitely be back!

Twice when I've used this store my package was mislabeled and lost or delayed. The owner Connor was extremely unhelpful. It is the worst customer service ever when a problem needs to be solved. Do not put yourself through the same distress. Please find another carrier.

Zero stars if I could! I took an item to be paced and shipped and 5 days later it has NOT BEEN EVEN SHIPPED!!!!! when I called their only explanation was that they were really busy. Terrible customer service and don't waste your money going there.

Staff friendly. Manager absolutely rude, not flexible, makes up his own "rules", does not apply common sense at all. Now he introduced his own mask mandate. Ridiculous!

If I could give a negative review I would, they said masks required but the UPS drivers do not have any! The personal are illiterate and have zero respect for customers! To the branch owners get real with customers.

Terrible service. Tyrannical ownership. They force people to wear facial clothing to enter the store. The owner is grown child. If he’s so scared, he should close up shop and stay home.
