The other day i saw that this employee needed help & went to another employee & asked for help & he just acted like it wasn't his problem & kept repeating the same question but in different ways. It's like if you're gonna help your coworker answer their question don't answer with another question. It was super busy that day too 6 people waiting infront of me. I left right after & the next day I went almost to closing & the lady I believe her name was Alisa didn't show me my promotions. She kept ignoring me when I mentioned it & was being really stuck up. She didn't smile she was just out of it & was just being so rude about her job. I'm suprised cuz there's alot of good reviews about her but my experience with her was not up to my expectations. I think maybe you should quit if you hate your job.

I'm very disappointed with T mobile. I used to have great coverage at places that don't. I relied on this coverage at these places. Now that T mobile took over Sprint, I no longer have this coverage and I have trouble at home getting slow speed. So disappointed.

I recently went in and paid my phone bill in person the lady talked me into getting a tablet which she said that I could make phone calls from and receive phone calls from which she even gave me a phone number I get home find out that that was all in true I take it back within an hour they won't give me my money back they gave me about $17 back then two days later my phone gets turned off because they said non-payment when I went in there and paid my bill in cash the same day I think that it's a total ripoff I'm extremely upset with their their service and their procedures are not giving me my money back after giving me false information about buying a tablet it's a total ripoff before one to go to metroPCS in Hollister they just take your money and then my phone got shut off to boot

I have had tmobile service for 3 years. When I purchased my recent phone I did not plan on getting insurance. However they talked me into it when they told me that I could replace my screen protector whenever it was cracked. The first time I go to get my screen protector replaced thay refused. They will do anything to take Your money but the second you need something from them, good luckI canceled the insurance because my credit card will cover damages. The only reason I got their insurance was for the screen protectorsAndI changed my rating from a 1 to a 2 because when I called t-mobile they apologized and explained that theree was no reason to deny me my screen protector and gave me credit
