Today I brought our car for a regular service incl. oil change and oil filter change and two tires. When I picked it up and upon arriving at home it seemed obvious from there being no traces in the greasy residue that the filter had not been exchanged, but only the oil. The filter and exchange of it was on the invoice though. The oil cap had evidently been removed and wiped clean afterwards. Went back to the shop and confronted the manager with my findings. He asked the mechanic and he insisted he had exchanged the filter delisted the obvious visible situation. The manager offered to review the video footage of the shop. Another thing I asked for was that the bottom cover be fixed back which was loose and rattling. The mechanic said it had been loose before, he could put zip ties in. I agreed, I just wanted it secured, I didn't care much whether it be with screws or differently. After a half hour or so the manager said he would still be reviewing the footage. After another couple of minutes then the mechanic came back into the office and said he would apologize, he found the filter on the work bench, he would have thought he had installed it. He then replaced it. They always appeared to have found proper screws which they then fixed back in the bottom cover.This appointment did not go so well. At the same time I was there before and they helped me with my tires, and even fixed it for free. They are trying very hard and are fast and prompt in their service. I would very much like to give a better rating.

They are the best. It’s great to see some places still have great customer service. They create loyalty with great service and by doing the little things like never charging for fixing a flat. They have a customer for life.

Ed Slate and the mechanic that worked on my truck were awesome and went above to get me back on the road. My truck broke down driving into Hollister. The tow truck driver recommended this shop. Ed knew I needed my truck back that day to get home. They replaced and repaired my alternator and water pump in the same day and made sure it was done right. The price was right in line with industry standards. I highly recommend this shop.

I will make this short:1. Honesty 2. Fair3. Small family business 4. ValueNo need to go elsewhere. I drive all my vehicles from San Jose to go here.They also do the tires on my Stearman and other aircraft like P51 mustangs. These guys have that kind of care and reliability.

Called this morning to see if they could align my car, mount and balance my tires and put them on my car, said I could bring my car right down. They aligned my car and the lugnuts I had didn't fit with my new rims I had brought in. They ordered me lugnuts that will work and said I can bring my car back in Wednesday and will put the tires on for me. Fast and easy service, super nice and helpful place! Appreciate they could get me in and help me get the right parts.

We have a farm with multiple vehicles, some of which are not street legal. These folks will come to our farm, usually the same day, to repair or replace tires. Their prices are very fair and their service is awesome!
