Terrible attitude towards customers. That lady was screaming like crazy. Instead of serving the customer well, he was talking on the phone. I wish they would run it.

Very similar to the other review here. The lady at the register has a very bad attitude and treats people like they owe her something. I hope ranch gas gets shut down.

Worst experience at a gas station I have ever had. I drove in there this morning to get gas before work and the pump I pull next to had the gas pump nozzle on the ground. I thought "thats strange" so I put it back in the holster. I then try to use my Credit Card and it was denied/ Said see cashier. The lady working the counter told me its doesn't work use a different pump. I said ok. I pulled forward to the next pump and then the cashier came out and pulled the nozzle from its holster and throws it back on the ground! I couldn't believe it. I told her all you need to do is put a sign on the pump so people know its out of order. She told me I don't work there and not to tell her how to do her job. We argued a bit and I told her that leaving the nozzle on the floor isn't safe and customers get confused and you will be waisting your customers time. After I said that she cut off my gas that I was currently pumping and called me a pendejo. I flipped her off and left. I hope the owner of this establishment reads this review.
