The attendant took her time to get to me waiting in line, then proceeded to try to upsell me multiple times after I told her repeatedly I only wanted the basic wash. This pissed me off. It happened over and over. After I firmly said No she then asked me what I wanted. That did it, I will Never return! On top of that it was not a very good car wash leaving the back of my small car barely washed. I do Not recommend this place, poor customer service and a poor car wash.

Upon arrival at the members line I was waiting for over 10 minutes when there were 2 people working 1 car in the other line. I honked to get the attention of the line Tennant's. The Tennant finally came over to my car, told me to calm down. Then told me I was lying about how many vehicles I owe and that the plate number did not match. I stated that I did not input the plate number the staff did. Again she told me to calm down. After about 3x of her telling me to calm down, when I was not yelling or arguing with her just explaining the facts I was finally able to pass to get my car washed. This staff behavior was appalling and very disrespectful. If I hadn't have paid for multiple car washes there's no way I would return here.
