My experience with their phlebotomist, Amanda, was one of my most pleasant blood draws. She was on time, friendly, informative, looked into lab requests from a second doctor, followed universal precautions, and it felt relatively painless. The waiting area was attractive and clean.

Just tried to get my blood work done for the second time. And for the second time, the tech claimed they never received the order from my doctor. Since I only seem to have the problem at this Quest, I can't believe it's my doctor's office dropping the ball. When I skipped my coffee and rearrange my life to be there, I don't need you to be nice. I just need you to be competent.

I went in to get my blood drawn and priscilla did an amazing job ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ honestly, one of the best and fastest blood drawn i have ever gotten i had my appointment at 2:30 and i was out by 2:40 highly recommend her ☺️.

I've never had too many issues with any quest before until I came to the Hollister one. The two girls working today made me feel so embarrassed and dismissed. They were both rude and whenever I asked a question because the kiosk wasn't scanning they were just so dismissive. I wanted to go crawl under a rock and honestly got a little teary eyed after I walked out. I wasn't tended to because I got there in the 10 mins slot but I was still waiting and was told I had to reschedule after waiting for almost 45 mins. I have to go back there and get blood drawn so I just hope they aren't rude to me again you never know what someone is going through so remember to be kind customer service was not it.

Terrible customer service. Signs encourage appointments but no where says appointments only. The lady who didn't even helped me didn't listen to me and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. The Gilroy location is a lot nice. Don't bother coming here at all.

Absolutely terrible. Labs submitted a week ago. My kid was in the hospital. Showed up to get the results since they did not send to the Md and the gal walked out the door at 4:10pm when they close at 4:30. Guess I have to take her back to the hospital. Thanks for nothing quest. What a joke

Although I have had no problem with the technicians in the past, I do have an issue with the constant changes with walk-ins and making appointments (both online and over the phone) I just had a walk in not too long ago with no problem. Then, today both my daughter and I need to get blood work done and come to find out they were not accepting any more patients the rest of the day. We waited 25 minutes for the tech (a new one) to return from lunch - 2:40pm but he arrived at 2:45pm. I told him I am Deaf and cannot make calls to schedule the appt right then. He had his mask was on and started talking. I explained to him that I only read lips, then he turned to my kids to talk with them to relay the message over to me. I reminded him that I am the parent and that he should be talking with me only. Anyway, this frustration really angered me and we left right then. PLEASE HIRE SOMEONE that knows sign language to make communications easier (while wearing mask on) and lessen the misunderstanding. Note: not everyone is hearing.

She was so sweet and gentle it was much appreciated, thank you Mirella, and please thank the young man also a phlebotomist, and was working there yesterday, he was the same way, extremely kind! Staff is very impersonable and unprofessional. Didn’t look like she enjoyed her job. Took my 99 year old Grandpa for blood work and because there were technical difficulties had to reschedule our appointment, because we became 10 min late by trying to retrieve a confirmation code that was never sent to us .? Never answers phone
