Whenever I visit this car wash, I am always disappointed with the end result. The car is not washed thoroughly, and I feel that it's a waste of time and money.

Clearly, penguins car wash isn't very good at what they do. The two wheels on the passenger side only got half of the gloss, and half the dirt cleaned off. The other two are still dirty, and they still glossed the wheels. The front end wasn't even cleaned. What a bummer tried this place, and well, it wasn't what I was hoping for. especially for the prices they have on their packages.

$40 car wash and I still need to come home and finish cleaning it. They missed spots on all 4 wheels and there was still dirt on the fenders. We need more full service car wash options in town

Keep in mind this is a car wash place. Not a DETAIL. Don't expect quality work from these guys. $50 dollar for a wash and cleaning inside but seems like there's no effort while cleaning. Lots of spots missed all around my truck, and for some weird reason they always leave my wipers on so as soon as I turn my truck on boom! the windshield is already ruined. Gets the job done if needing for slight clean up but if you want quality detail do not come to this place.

Took my vehicle today. Got the delux wash, cup holders weren't cleaned out nor was parts of the dash that dust marks on them. Seats got left with some sort of white dust residue which I have no clue what it even was. It's a brand new vehicle off the lot that I've only had a couple weeks so the residue on the back seats was definitely nothing I caused. For 35.99 I'd expect everything to be wiped down. For what I got I should of just got the basic wash. Would not recommend!

I feel like my car is never as clean as I want it to be. Speed is good and the guys whipping down the car are nice. I've tried to like this place but can't justify the cost

Just left there after paying 50 bucks for a hand wash and leaving a 20 dollar tip with my truck still filthy tons of dirt still on the bumper and they also used some kind of chemical on my polished wheels that has now etched them. Which is going to cost my hundreds to have professionally removed or hours of work to do it myself. Had to drive it around the corner to a Starbucks parking lot try my best to fix the wheels and clean the areas they missed with spray detailer and microfibers I had in my truck. Very unsatisfied customer.

Payed 50 bucks plus a 20 dollar tip and got the worst wash I've ever paid for. The ruined my specialty forged wheels with whatever cleaner they used. Absolutely do not go here! Any rating other 1 star is a scam . Don't waste your money and risk them damaging your vehicle.

They do a great job washing my car, attendant is responsive, got the monthly membership for a fair price. They clean my car thoroughly inside and out, no complaintsDefinitely recommend, be sure to go early because it gets busy.

This car wash does a good job considering how cold it is out there. They vacuum which I like because I can't handle the vacuums at self vacuum places.

Jan 22nd 2023. I just got home from taking my car to the penguin car wash here in Hollister for one it took about 40 minutes to get done which I'm okay with cuz I figured they were doing a good job on it but when I got it back home and really looked at it they're worked there is extremely sloppy you can tell they don't put any effort into what they do and I would say that the employee who worked on my car was just overall very lazy about his job I picked the option that said interior vacuuming and there is just crumbs pet hair stuff everywhere I would expect that when I'm paying 30 plus dollars to get my car washed I know it's not going to be perfect but at least perform the service that you say you will I would never take take any of my vehicles back to this place I don't recommend you do it either. The pictures that are attached or taken 5 minutes after I got my car back from them
