Came by at 8:50 not a soul in the store! Had a major issue and now having to rush to the other side of town and hope auto zone is open. Very disappointed!!!!

HORRIBLE STORE not a single employee knows anything went in asking for a 9005 bulb super common they all looked at me like i was crazy one girl with a braid proceeded to laugh in my face and run to the back, if you can control you emotions you shouldn’t be in customer service, they also attempt to charge me for a higher priced bulb when they finally figured it out, they make commission so they don’t care about how much you spend the more the better worst parts store ever i will be at autozone from now on

Man I used to love this Oreilys but lately the new workers are not cool people and always acting like if jm doing something wrong and won’t go that extra mile to help me find the part I need even if it’s an alternative route

Searched online for Tow hitch and receiver installation. This store came up. Their website mentions installation too. That’s not the problem. When I asked them to help me figure out what I need for my jeep, they asked me to go search online. Then asked them if they do Install as they mention on the website, they said no. One of the guys (you get one) was able to at least walk me to the area where hitches are but knew nothing about what would work for me. Also refuses to look up to m the computer what would be compatible with my jeep. I am very disappointed as I try to keep business in hollister to help grow this city but now I am forced to go to more customer friendly stores in Gilroy or San Jose. Disappointing experience.

Older man sold me wrong tail lights even after I told him he was wrong ...then tried to sell me the highest priced battery possible quoting a number wayyyy above the other businesses in town all of which had comparable prices.

I had the worst experience I have never had such rude "customer service "...!!!! I had called the store prior to driving all the way up there from Morgan Hill. I had called and asked if they had the windshield repair kit. The employee on the phone has let me know that they have one in stock for 11.99 . upon arriving to the store I had approached the front register and asked if I can be shown the location of the product I was looking for. The employee who helped me was a gentleman maybe in his late 30s or 40s who had so-called help me. He seemed very upset that he had to go out of his way to help me and was really annoyed, he dragged his feet in disappointment and was huffing and puffing rolling his eyes like it was a huge inconvenience to him. I asked him a few questions and he was extremely unhelpful. I had asked if he can please take a look at my windshield and possibly give me an opinion if it was going to work or not for the crack that I had . he told me he was not going to do that and I asked if there is anyone else I would be able to help me he also rolled his eyes and laughed at me and said """"sorry if my 40 some years of experience isn't good enough for you""". I had told him that that was extremely rude and he did not need to talk to me in that matter this was also in front of another employee who kept quiet and was observing. I asked him if he was the manager and he said yes. great guy . not ! really was a piece of work .

Question? Why does this business suck? Because they cheat, gouge innocent customers. Many people know this and say so. On yelp, on Facebook and such like that. They just added to their infamy by charging my friend, an honest auto repair man four times what he paid on line for the exact same thing 55.00 plus tax for 4 bolts. They say auto zone is not much better. Out of respect I will not shop there and I hope you all will think twice before buying there!

It was time to replace my windshield wipers. Had no problem the auto parts associate looked up what I needed got $10.00 off promotional on the wipers. Paid and they installed. Great customer service didn't have to wait in line and once installed I was off again ready for the next rainy day.
