5 stars for Jesse! He helped my family when we were stranded. He was prompt and kind! Good conversation for the ride as well. If you need a tow service I'd highly recommend giving Jesse a call.

When my Jeep was stuck on Trail Canyon Rd on the way to Boundary Peak, Bill was the only one who would come and get the Jeep off the rock. If he had not, the Jeep would still be there. He lifted it off ever so smoothly and did not rip anything off of the bottom. I was so thankful. It was pretty expensive $$$, he did have to come a long way around the mountain, and the work was not easy, however I was very grateful. For the price I was charged I plan on never using him again though!! LOL

I bumped the lock button getting out of my car, locked my keys and a customer's groceries inside. Jess came right away and retrieved my keys. I was quickly rolling again. I'm grateful for the service and highly recommend Off Road Recovery.

So when I call and ask for price to town my car he told me this much amount so I told him ok it was find. But when we got to my town and he unloaded my car he told me he had say it was this much amount, I told him no he said less amount then he told me just give me this much more, I told him ok let me go and get them, but he did not wait he left but before he left he scratch the side of my car door completely i have the proofs I have the video surveillance cameras of when he vandalizing my car. I will give him some time to fix what he did wrong or i will call the police and make a report.Service: Car towing

I was stuck with my little ones on the side of the road with a flat late and I called them to help and asked him if he did insurance roadside work he said yes and to have them call him when they tried to call him his phone was off my insurance called him multiple times as well as I did very unprofessional would not recommend

Jesse is amazing! He came to my flat tire location (on a country road) very quickly and had a very cool specialized lift to get my motorcycle to where it was safe and I was able to replace my tire.

I had always heard good things about Jesse and his business. Unfortunately/fortunately today I had to find personally. Jesse responded to Hollister Hills within 30 minutes. If you don't know that's very fast since it's at least a 20 drive from town. I very stupidly drove off road and almost rolled into a ditch. Jesse quickly realized he'd need more trucks. He called his daughter and son to bring two more trucks. They also arrived very quickly. They set up and had the truck out in under 2 minutes. Caused absolutely zero damage to the truck which is hard to do sometimes with off-road recoveries. These guys are absolute professionals. My truck would still be there without them or very damaged by someone else not know kind that they were doing. I am very thankful for these guys and girl. I'd highly recommend them. He is not the cheapest but he's fair. You're paying for his skill, knowledge, experience and professionalism. I would have more for such a great outcome.

Our family was in a desperate situation when we broke down hours from home. We called several tow companies who were less than compassionate about our situation. We then called Off Road Recovery. Jesse was very compassionate and gave us a price that we could afford. He loaded our car and drove us all the way home. He offered us a beverage and was very kind to our boys. If you are looking for a tow company that will take good care of your vehicle, pocket book and family, I highly recommend Off Road Recovery!

I can't say enough good things about Jessie. I called em the night before I was getting a classic car to get a tow 115 miles out. He made room for me and we left at 6 am the next morning. Got to Brentwood and met the guy to purchase the car. I was just expecting Jessie to hook and go but he got out the truck and literally inspected the whole vehicle. It wasn't part of the plan, he simply did out of kindness. To make a long story short he saved me about $1500 on the purchase by sharing some knowledge with me. The dude is awesome. Got the car to my house safely and gave me a fair deal. I would recommend him in any situation!
