Gave me the wrong part even when I gave them the Make Model and Year of the car then they wouldn’t let me return the 02 sensor because I put a little bit of grease on the threads it could of easily been whipped off. I went to the Napa in Gilroy and they refunded me for the part no problem, Complete waste of time.

Don’t waste your time dealing with this store! Bad service trying to exchange a three month old defective battery that has a three year warranty. I brought the battery in because it would not hold a charge from day one. They told me that I would have to bring it back fully charged. So I fully charged it with a charger I bought from them, and brought it back fully charged. Guess what? Then they said I would have to bring it back after it has died so they can tell what the problem is. Really?? The salesman said that they are a mom & pop owned business and can’t just make exchanges. Really? This is a $319. Optima Red top Battery with a three year warranty. Poor quality old stock I’m guessing. The battery tested only 64% brand new and will never hold a charge above that. I don’t appreciate being blown off as if I don’t know anything about batteries. In fact I know quite a bit, and their runaround over the exchange makes no sense. I won’t be going back to Napa auto parts in Hollister ca for any reason!!

Best place to get parts for my truck. If they don't know the answer to a question they'll work hard to find an answer for you. Staff is very friendly and helpful. If they make a mistake they'll fix it for you immediately. Thank you to all the staff here for all the help with getting me the parts I need and be professional and courteous while doing so.

They don't take used oil???? Wow. After I was told that, I heard another cashier giggle like it was funny, mother_+&+$ lucky he's at work. I been here also months ago and a cashier was rude. Never again coming here. No wonder AutoZone is always full of customers. If you're around the area folks don't come here go to AutoZone!
