Horrible experience @ 4th St Hollister location. Made a walk in payment a week ago, after posting pymt received a call 20 min later from CSR that my transaction had not processed. I took their word for it, instead of checking w/bank first. Was charged twice & Metro staff at this location and via customer service # did Absolutely nothing to help. Yecenia thank you for nothing, you offered no solutions, in fact I had to keep calling the store to remind you to fix. Turns out you asked me to wait an additional week. I wonder how many customers your store double dips? If it was a debit transaction (same as cash) you should have at least offered a cash back refund, smh. Your comprehension of ACH translations is below minimum. Ridiculous is an understatement. Would NOT recommend!!! Yecenia you lack accountability.Cuidensen. Aqui son listos para cobrar doble, pero no para resolver el problema y aceptar culpa.

This by far is the most horrible place to get a phone. Lines are always to the door. Only one employee there all the time. Added a new line and the employees( Ana and Yesenia) over charged me(had to go back 2 separate times). I didn't catch it till I got home because it's too hectic in there to even think straight. Went back and was told the money went to this and that charge... Needless to say I still only have one active line and paid $90 for a month of service. I have to return today because the wnd line is not active. DO NOT GO TO THIS METRO. The metro on san benito is always packed as well but they have 2 or more employees there and they make sure you leave happy.
