Very bad costumer service the guy that was working there tried to sell me a product That was not suited for my phone he put on a screen protector that was for a iPhone 12 instead of the 13 the guy tried to say it was all the Same even tho it did not fit and there because the notch was smaller this meant that it could still get scratched I personally wouldn’t care but because he tried to sell me a product that did not work without letting me know I took it the wrong way.Second of all when I walked in to the store I walked in and asked if they had a case he proceeded to get a case from the wall and ripped it out the box handing it to me without asking what type I wanted or color.He isn’t gentle at all with your phone he smacked the phone with the dust remover and it kept hitting the desk overall terrible customer service I recommend going to other locations.

Peter from metro is awesome! Quick service, He’s super friendly, when we walked into the store you could see that he has great connection with the customers and he makes people laugh and smile. He literally made my morning, so if you go in ask for Peter! He’ll make sure you’re getting five star service!

Not a store I would recommend.Went in their last year to report the text messages I was getting to update my Lookout antivirus with Norton with a link that when I traced the origin, came from northern Russia.When I showed the link to the representative their, they told me it would be fine to install the software. Sadly, it was a hack job coming across the t-mobile network that the representative couldn't even comprehend. Looks like they don't have much training at that store, so be forewarned. Use caution in dealing with these young adults.

Yaritsa helped me set up my galaxy S5 from verizon to make calls and use the Internet. Then my mms want working, but she remained very helpful. Manny came in and also helped with some top secret codes to get all 3 components working. SUCCESS!Thank you both for your kindness and help while my baby ran wild all over the store haha jk.
