“My family always goes here when it comes to the meat. Super friendly and the whole staff/team are very down to earth and very helpful for any questions. My mom always goes here and swears by the butcher. He is very accommodating when it comes to cutting the meat for her. Support small businesses if you're in the hollister area!”
“What a delightful experience! My stay at Rancho Tranquillo was a treat. There is much evidence that all the issues of camping are considered. From sanitized sandals to screens I could handle with my disabilities to available bug spray to packets of cashew nuts to a great mattress and more. And there's more to camping than great amenities. Right in front of the tent there's a bunch of wild morning glories, up the hill there is a chicory shrub, on the steps there's a lizard looking at you, under the deck the ground squirrel is hiding. I am no naturalist, nonetheless I was amazed to see such diversity of flora and fauna just outside the deck. And then, there's just being outside. You get out of bed and say "Brrr!". Some time later, when the Sun has burnt off the fog, you say "Where's the sunscreen?"Relax, reflect, recompose: simplicity in the midst of complexity: this is your place.”
“Jack runs a lean operation. He fit us in to a full schedule and worked extra hard to get things done on time given some issues we had with a different butcher. Service was personalized, custom, and he did an amazing job. Reluctantly, I am highly rating him as I know he has limited volume in what he can do and am worried too many people will start using him and he won't have time for us :)”
