Each member went extensively through all options to ensure the device could be made operational and that it was. I was able to leave with my device now fully operational and at no cost to myself after the employees took a significant amount of time to assist me thoroughly. I'm sure many other stores would have even turned me away or refferred me to purchase a brand new celular device.
