Horrible customer service. Didn’t want to help, doesn’t allow walk ins even thought the website says they do. They aren’t kind and act like you need to bow to them. Go to gilroy.

Honestly!I have never posted or rated or surveyed anything but there's a first time for everything, Right!Went in to just see about making an appointment. The mean, angry lady in the back was nothing but disrespectful, rude, and just straight bitter. I've never just got up and walked out of anywhere.Sad really!ButAll good as well!I figured my taxes out on turbo tax.That lady is still bitter! ??
