Have been here twice, my first experience was much better. This past visit, I was treated great by the rest of the staff upon arriving, but the hairstylist that treated me was very cold and rude. I showed her a reference picture and she basically did the exact opposite. I didn't have the heart to tell her to stop cutting because I felt like she was going shorter than agreed. The layers that she did were pretty awful and not going to lie, very unflattering unless they are styled to which the layers can't really be seen. At the end, I felt like her attitude changed tremendously once we were done and when I tipped her because I felt bad not doing so. I would like to say that she definitely made me lose confidence with my hair which is what I didn't want and left me very unpleased. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be coming here ever again.

They get 1 star because although I scheduled an appointment today, walked in on time, they took someone ahead of me as I walked in. This happens everything. I see my wait time keep getting pushed out.
