Very very clean gym, the equipment all works, love the women’s only small gym area as well. Staff is all very friendly and always helpful. Management is very professional and will address any concerns right away.

I recently paid for a week's membership to try out the gym. I enjoyed my time and decided to turn the week into a monthly membership. I spoke to the front desk and they mentioned it was possible but the front desk attendant was unable to do it since only the manager was able to do that. I just got off the phone with Sandra and since they had already charged me the monthly fee she now states they can no longer apply the weekly pass to my monthly statement. The staff is not helpful and the manager is incompetent.

Besides being full all the time, at time of cancellation they make it a hassle to cancel your membership.

I have been a customer here at Gold Gym since 2020... But even I was a customer prior back in 2015-2016 when I would get a day pass with my mom time to time. The remodel was needed! Cleanest gym in Hollister. I stand behind it. As a young female, gold gym makes me feel secure and safe. The gentlemen at gold are very respectful as well. The staff is super nice. I have had zero issues at Gold Gym. Only recommendation is maybe better air conditioning or a way to circulate the air more.

Small and very cramped gym. The pricing is very high for how little value you get from it. The amount of equipment is small compared to other gyms that cost half as much as Gold's. I would recommend spending your money at another, cheaper gym.

The staff are very friendly, helpful, and professional. The gym itself is in great shape, as well. The only improvements would be in better wifi, more work out mats, and more parking accommodations.

I have had a membership here for about a year and a half and have been on and off and then stopped going for a while and finally decided it was time to go back And i hadn’t gone in a while so when i scanned it it shows them when the last i went was which a while ago and as i was walking away i heard the guy at the front laughing and saying “actually welcome back” and i just kept walking to do my workout and when i was walking out they said “have a goodnight see you next year”I didn't really want to take it personally I try to let things go but it is really hard for some people to get up and go to the gym and then showing up and hearing comments like that from staff at the gym really kills that motivation you had to start going to the gym again, i even went at night i was there Monday October 17 i went around 9:45pm so that there would be less people but hearing that from the employees there just made me sad and made me feel bad for going I am most definitely canceling my membership and going elsewhere but it does make me sad because I know other people go there and i really hope they don't get that same experience, you never know what someone is going through.

Bad costumer service, guy at front rude and always mad i was asking some questions to maybe sign a contract and get a membership but the guy wasn't helpful at all he was mad of me asking questions

I've been coming here for 9 years now and honestly they should have just left the gym how it was before the remodel, this place has gone downhill I wish I could leave 0 stars the only thing good about this place is the front desk workers they should have made Kevin the manager instead of the person in currently but this place got so bad that he ended up leaving not enough equipment and equipment that's a waste of space they also called me personally when I wrote a review before on their social media page stating "if you're not happy here we can just end your membership with us" Ravellas is better but so much more crowded I don't want to leave I want to see this place become better. Listen to your customers and just maybe you'll get better than 2 stars on your reviews. To the owners of this gym. Make better choices.

Please take your money elsewhere. Not to totally trash the place: It’s a decent gym with alright spacing; however the membership plans and customer service is horrible.You would think: for a job where a worker could get commission per membership sale, that they’ll be motivated right?Not this gym. I’m convinced that the workers here only get paid hourly because even tho I spoke on the phone, before arriving, about purchasing a membership, they still gave horrible customer service once I arrived in person.No common sense for sales and customer interaction.

NO AIR CONDITIONING while it’s 105 degrees outside. I’ve emailed management with no response. Owners bought the Gilroy one that already has AC and it seems they still don’t use it. TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS BETTER!!
