Ferguson had everything I needed to complete a plumbing job. They were opened early right before a 3 day weekend, so I was able to fix the job quickly. It is open to the general public, even though a lot of local plumbers get supplies here. Good quality materials and nice selection on products.

If I had a choice I would not give Ferguson even one star. The sales associates have ordered a part for my Bradford White water heater twice now and ordered incorrectly. I have waited two weeks each time for the part. When I called the day before the part was due in the second time the woman said she didn't know where the part was, and after three calls to her on my part she finally said the company would overnight the part to the store and when I went to pick it up today it was the wrong part. No one in the store cared in the least about my problem and didn't make the least effort to get the right part to me. Meanwhile my tenant has been without useable water for a month and I am losing money. I will never buy from this store again and will never buy a Bradford White product again. January 14, 2020 update. I’m sorry I forgot to update my review. Ferguson reaches out to me and ordered the correct part and went out of their way to make this situation right. Thank you, Ferguson.

I went to Ferguson for a simple shower faucet. They sold me the wrong one. I returned to purchase what I really needed. There were two gentlemen at the counter and a lady behind them. They were not attending to anyone. Yet, the phone rang four times within a short amount of time, and all the worker stated was "Ferguson please hold." He kept the callers on hold even though he wasn't attending anyone. Unfortunately, I left a piece of the original faucet in the one I returned. Returning for the third time in as many days, I was informed that the piece with my part had been sold. Mind you, only 24 hours had elapsed. Even if it had been sold, someone would have noticed the piece and inquired about it. Then my handyman stopped by and they told him that whoever had purchased that piece had returned it. This is adding insult to injury. The customer service there is atrocious, and I now question their integrity.
