BUYER BE WARE!!, we bought turf and crushed granite from this company. Initially, our interaction was as expected great because the person we met with was very helpful. We were told that the item will take about a week for delivery, awesome so far RIGHT? In the mean time we would get the crushed granite (dirt) delivered while we waited for the turf. The next week we were advised that the turf was delayed, and if we wanted to wait we can or we can get a refund. FIRST RED FLAG!! We opted to wait, then we were called again about a week later and advised that they were still experiencing a delay and offered to wait or issued a refund. SECOND RED FLAG, Third or fourth time we were finally advised that the item was on the way (about a month from the time it should have been delivered) and should expect delivery mid week. The person called us the day the item was supposed to be delivered stating the they sent the wrong item. I asked him what he received and if I can come down to see if we'll just take that. In the end we finally took the refund since the guy was PUSHING for that. I expected a full refund even though they delivered the crush granite because we couldn't use it without the turf. (At that point I was over even considering turf and scheduled for a landscaper to install sod and sprinklers) So we basically were sold dirt. Oh and because the dirt was delivered we were told why would we refund you in full when the dirt was delivered. This company is a rip off I will be SURE to let EVERYONE I know family friends and acquaintances don't do business with this company. No wonder they have no star rating, another RED FLAG!!
