I am very disappointed with their customer service. All day calling, leaving msgs to get my order ready to pick up. Useless that they have a website and they are not able to access it. Very poor service.

We always place a big order around Christmas time for my husband's office staff. I can always count on (Juan) at DeBrito Chocolate factory to fulfill my orders. I always appreciate his suggestions and alternatives when they are out of my favorite specialty caramel apples because I might have waited too long to preorder. I appreciate the way they bill through email and the ease of the drive up pick up. The orders are always correct. The apples are perfect for party favors or just a sweet treat when you want to indulge yourself. I do miss perusing their little store they had (before Covid)in the past. I highly recommend these quality and delicious treats.

I used to go there all the time almost every week after work and then they changed there hours. I talked to somebody last week and they told me when they were open I came by today on 12/21/23 the door was locked, called them up they were really rude. I will go to sees candy from now on.

There candy caramel anything everything apples are hands down the best. I love to travel an I love to get caramel apples everywhere I go. By far the caramel they use is delicious. There salted caramel apple is so good that I made my aunt pick them up an meet me half way to get them an I am two hours away. I called an a wonderful gentleman was able to take my order. Managed to get the last two apples of the day an paying was easy. There price is on point too. I’ll be back.

Caramel apples are amazing! Sometimes too cute to eat! Limited hours and the store is still not open for walk-in but as long as I can still get my yummy caramel apples for gifts and of course myself I am happy. Glad to see a long time small business still open for business.

Make sure to call!!!!You can't go in and they have extreme reduced hours and they close for lunch.
