Well how do I start. Very bad customer service, I went this Friday April 19,2024 one of the employees that greeted me at the entrance was very rude didn't even let me talk. When she asked for my pets name she told me you owe 50 for canceling last appointment which I was aware and I was going to pay it with no problem. She took my dog and I asked how long would it take?. She said I don't know a while because he's a hot mess! Really??? I will let it go and said can you call me then. She agreed with attitude. Then when I went back she was still very rude not answering my questions. This is the last time I take my pet. She has the worse customer service ever. Don't take your pet there please!!!!!!!

We take our two cats, once a month. We have allergies and bathing our cats helps. We have a long hair and one short hair. They both look great and love getting bathed. They will start hanging around our shower when they think it’s time for a visit.

They do walk ins to clip cat claws. My kitten was proving impossible, but they got it all done without hurting him in a couple minutes! Now I can play with him without bleeding!

We had to find a new groomer when our big dogs were too much for our last groomer (who we loved) to handle. We had a great experience with Country Groomers and they even survived the "Lab Test"

Collen and her team have been grooming our dogs for many years. They are wonderful with my dogs and always have done a great job! Highly recommend!

Did a walk-in for nail trims on our two smallish dogs. Prices were great, it was quick and dogs were handled kindly and gently. We will be back!

Been taking our dogs there for several years until about six months ago or so give or take when one of our dogs had her jaw fractured after picking her up. When I first picked her up in the little waiting room I didn't even notice anything at first and we spoke for about 10 minutes and even scheduled her next appointment. I paid left a nice gratuity and literally after I got in the car that's when I noticed. Long story short my daughter took the dog to the vet said she had a fractured and when my daughter went back to speak with the owner she then tried to blame it on me in the sense that she tried to tell me but I wasn't listening and I was in a hurry yet she had plenty of time to tell me and told me nothing. If you guys go there do not let the guy do the grooming. He was the one that handles our dog on that day and after speaking with other members of the community it turns out other animals have even died there. The only good thing that came out of it when she has insurance that covered are thousands of dollars of medical bills that my daughter paid out of pocket. I understand mistakes happen but when the owner is trying to blame me that I wasn't listening and then saying our dog was difficult when she's super super mellow and relaxed is completely unacceptable especially the fact she said she couldn't tell me anything because I was in such a hurry yeah we were having a cordial conversation for 10 minutes. She had plenty of opportunity to tell me that our dog was being difficult which she never did because she wasn't and on top of that she could've told me that the dog was injured because you obviously knew because she told my daughter that she tried to tell me which is not true so she basically straight up lied to my daughter. The owner has no integrity whatsoever in my opinion. Here's a picture of our poor little dog right after I picked her up and we're still in the parking lot where she is rubbing her own jaw from the pain and discomfort that Country Groomers caused her. FYI whenever she goes to the vet or out in public with my daughter takes her everywhere she gets along with everyone and the vets have even said she's extremely easy going. Take your dogs there at your own risk but I wouldn't recommend it!!!!

I contacted country groomers to schedule my 13 year old poodle mix for a much needed wash & cut. I left a voicemail and was contacted the following morning and they were able to schedule her for the same-day service. I dropped her of within 10min of the call and the front desk was soo nice and understanding of our situation. They were not judging of her overgrown hair and matting. They had her ready within a few hours. I scheduled for a 6 week appointment to get us back on track with her grooming. Thank you Country Groomers. Betsy looks happy with her new cut.

We've used Country Groomers since 1997, in their original location. Colleen has always been friendly, outgoing and wonderful to our dogs. She's on our 3rd Golden Retriever now, and Lodi loves her. It's never a struggle to get him in the car, just tell we're going to see Colleen. He's always well treated, cared for and spoiled by the staff. He looks fantastic, and smells even better.
