We went to this location to ask for help for international wire transfer, the guy who initially helped us said it will cost $35 and then the teller said $50. To make the story short, they were not able to help us, because the account number i provided was wrong. So i did it myself online and used the same information and only paid $5. I don't know where the $35 and $50 fee came from.

I let Chase Bank invest the funds from my parent's home. My sister bought out my share. I started out at $140,000. Now I have $91,000. While my wife struggled with cancer, two surgeries and having me as her nurse for 5 days week. I complained about the loss of funds. Next to nothing and reassurances the stock will go up. Ten's of thousands are lost. I probably won't see it back in my lifetime. I didnt read the "fine print," thinking it was being put in the back and not invested, so I could buy a new car. Ive now lost my parent's money, I dont have a new car, and Ive lost "all" faith in this bank's ability to invest, unless it's investing poorly, which now I have great faith.

I've never been so distracted by an banking institution in my life. The manager of Chase bank in Hollister is the atrocious. I deposited a large check into my account which they said would be cleared in two days. They then proceeded to restrict my account without telling me, and made me provide physical proof of my legal documents claiming my settlement for my court case. Then they said that wasn't enough and had to call the cooperation I sued. WHICH WONT WORK BECAUSE ITS CONFIDENTIAL LEGAL INFORMATION. Every hoop I've jumped through to have access to my money and these pompous pigs have the audacity to get snarky with me when I ask for my check back and to close my account since they refuse to clear it. The asshat manager says to me 'we'll we don't have your check so we can't give it back but we can close your account' So they are trying to steal thousands of dollars from me. I provided multiple forms of proof for them and they still refuse to give me my money through the account or in my original check form. Suppose I'll just have to get my attorney on it. Thieves and Liars work at Chase, don't bank here.

The staff in this bank lacks of professionalism. I did a cash deposit in the EATM (inside the branch) and the ATM got stock. My deposit did not went through and even though the manager and other executives were there, they couldn't help me nor provide any type of positive assistance. On the other hand, they looked angry and upset because I was taking their time. I have been a Chase customer for over 10 years and I have never dealt with a poor and lame service like the one this branch offered. I honestly think they wanted to close the offices and go home without providing any type of help or support. Chase should focus on customer service and hiring professionals with enough experience dealing with clients.... very disappointed. I am considering closing my 2 accounts after this...

This is now my favorite bank. The app is so easy to work with. The bankers and the teller are amazing.

I made a payment to a contractor using my Bill Pay form my bank. The check was deposited and cleared my account and then I got an invasive call form Chase who was telling my contractor that they could not honor the payment and required a verification from my bank that the funds were available even though my account had more than enough to pay for this check. I have written thousands of checks in this manner over the years and have never had such a transaction. It was ridiculous and an invasion of my privacy. Lousy customer service.

Was passing through Hollister from Gilroy. I stepped into this location to take care of a deposit. Tanya was the teller. She was exceptionally sweet and very helpful. Thank you so much!! Loved the Greg flowers in the branch too.

This is for the online chase branch. You set up an automatic payment with them, then they take it out late and charge you the late fee. Such bullshit, switching my vehicle financing to a different bank!

This branch is the worst I've ever been to. It's unfortunately the only branch in town. I always see a bunch of employees behind the counter yet only two teller windows are open so you will always have to deal with a long line if you bank here. I went to Chase this morning just to use the ATM and all of the ATMs were down except one so once again I had to wait in a long line. I get that maintenance needs to be done on the ATMs but why can't they do that at a different time when it won't impact customers. Again, the worst. Try not to do your banking here if you can avoid it!

If I could add zero stars I would this is nothing but a money hungry bank they wanted to charge me eight dollars to cash a $30 check written by one of their customers to me because I didn't bank at their bank now I have to drive all the way across town to my bank on Christmas Eve. This is why I don't bank at this crappy bank!!!

I don't mind using the ATM but occasionally I have to use their horrible service inside this branch. One teller , really one teller every time .

I think the people who work there are generally very nice. However the lines in this place are rediculious. The ladies tend to talk a little to long with certain people. They have 2 tellers most of the time. They put 2 atm machines . Which forces people to have no contact with tellers. I make depositdeposits for my business and I'm in a hurry. It's a little frustrating. Hope they change things people don't have time to stand in line for at least a half hour or more.

After dealing with this bank, I left irate. All I wanted to do was cash a paycheck, since I couldn't drive the 20 miles to my bank in time before it closed. When I finally got to the teller, she was unable to cash the check for a valid reason which was fine. BUT after telling me this she stamped the back of my paycheck with a PAYMENT CANCELLED stamp and did it so fast I couldn't stop her and ask what are you doing? This stamp made my check look suspicious and no one in town would cash it just because of this stamp. For every person who told me no, I wanted to return to Chase and kick the woman's teeth in. Do not go here.
