I brought my car in because it was overheating. Mel was very nice and knowledgeable. He ran some tests and it turns out it is a very expensive fix, Rather than push me to immediately have work done , Mel discussed with me all my options . I really appreciated his kindness and knowledge.

My long time commuter had some engine troubles that made it sound like a rocket ship and After a couple days they had it running like one! They explained my car issues in simple terms and I appreciate the service and professionalism. My go to shop for any car troubles.

I drove in on a Wednesday morning to look at purchasing a truck. There were no appointment openings available for that time, but the owner Mel told me I could bring the truck by and he'd look at it for no fee. He guided me through some things, checked some of the important systems, and gave me an appraisal, free of charge.
I came back on Friday to do a full pre-purchase inspection, and his team did a thorough job. I received a list of items that would need work with the vehicle. Mel was accommodating with my schedule and gave me a quite indepth review of the vehicle (which I ended up purchasing).

As a commuter, leaving to work at 6am with transmission oil leaking under my car was not fun. My boyfriend brought my car into Briganti’s while I took his car to work and I called them later today to check in. Mel was extremely professional, honest and helpful. He gave me a detailed overview of my situation, went ahead and helped me out by putting a gasket into the hole in which oil was leaking out of without asking so that my car would be drivable even if we decided to take my car elsewhere, gave me a fair price and ordered a part before I called. He even stayed overtime so I could pick up my car after work. Everything was ready the same day and he was super friendly. Great experience, 10/10!

Mel was my hero !!! I was desperate, and out of town with a possible fuel pump issue. Mel is an honest man with integrity and loyalty. Not only was it not a fuel pump, but he saved me thousands of dollars fixing other issues. I was on the road , 400 mile away within 2 days . I just cannot say enough about this wonderful and honest man . I just wished I lived in Hollister, just in case I needed a true and Godly man to fix any issues with my car. YOU ARE THE

Here’s a short story: we broke down at Casa de Fruita and had a tow company take us to Holister. We arrived about 4:45 pm, just before closing. Mel spent almost 2 hours with us (no appointment, no prior call) trying to get us back on the road. He cares about people and he does great work. Mel and his wife run a first class operation!
