Came in here the other night to shop and no one ever came up to me and asked if I needed help. There were 2 girl employees who were short, dark hair, and had ponytails that seemed like gossiping was more important to them than to help customers. I would have walked up to them but they both looked like they had an attitude. One of them reeked of perfume and I had to leave because it gave me a migraine. Seems like standing around gossiping was a lot more important to them than working. I usually love shopping here but not this time.

My husband tried boots on in the store and liked them, but was hesitant to buy them. After a few days of thinking it over he ordered them online to be delivered to store. He wnet to the store, grabbed them and brought them home and they didn't fit, no biggie it happens. He goes the next day to return them for the right size and they happily exchanged his boots. Once again he gets home tries them on and they hurt he thought maybe they needed to be broken in. He asked me to look at his boots and i could see one was wider than the other, after checking the sizes we see one is regular and the other was a wider. Once again we need to go back to the store now this is the second time he's had to go back to return the boots. Well guess what!? They now don't even have the boots in his size at all. He eneded up having to exchange these for a completely different type and had to pay extra for them.Double and triple check the sizes, don't trust the associates. This will be our last time shopping at this location, if we ever shop at boot barn again.

I had a bad experience buying women pants.One attendant was rude when I asked for help and a second attendant wasn't in the mood of helping when I asked for a size comparasion European vs inches.I ended up google it and trying ro resolve myself.I ended going with my business to other place. And that place isn't that accessible $$$ vs attention.

Excellent staff and service received. Initially when I bought my wife a beautiful set of boots. And again when the attentive and professional sales rep help us exchange for a different style and size. Five star service all around.
