I spent $60 for a full set. The lady convinced me to do dip powder. She did a horrible job. Worst nails i have ever gotten. They were all uneven, chipping. And 2 days later they started to lift and fall off. I stilled tipped 20%. I went back in and they refused to fix them. The OWNER said they will not fix them and they don't have time. So now I have to go somewhere else and pay another $60 for a new set. WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I will never come back. And will instruct my friends and family to do the same. MiLady is so much better. What a waste of time and money. I do not recommend this nail salon to anyone. Trust the reviews and do not take a chance.

I had horrible service today. I went in and the book they had said a fill is 33 however I ended up paying 55 plus tip.She did my nails horrible and refused to fix anything. When I went to pay they told me the total was 55 and could not break down why it was so much. I ended up calling the salon when I had got into the car and asked the pricing of a fill which was 45 and then 5 dollars for the french tip. They did end up charging 5 dollars more for no reason. DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!!!!

I had horrible service at this salon. I had asked the lady several times to fix my nails and she dismissed me everytime. She ended up charging me 55 dollars for some ugly nails. She did charge me an extra 5 for no reason for their pricing is 45 for a fill and 5 for french. I also followed their policy where it was cash tip only. However they did scam me for an extra 5!

If anyone is wondering why Blossom nails has continuous availability, it is because they have the worst customer service. They are rude and insensitive to the pain they inflict on there customers. I will never go back and do not recommend this establishment.

This place is an absolute joke! You will be waiting far beyond your appointment time Twice I've made an appointment for simple pedi and both times they have had me waiting 15-30 minutes before even starting my service not to mention took multiple people before me that walked in while I was waiting.

My bonus daughter and I went for pedicures. We had appointments. They easily accommodated our need for our fingernails too.

I have tried to give this place a chance THREE TIMES. the first time I went for a manicure. I walked in with gel on my nail and asked if it could be removed. The girl said yes but JUST TOOK off the color. She tried to paint over my old GEL OUTGROWN nail. I HAD TO ask for someone else to do my nails. I went again on 6/13/22 for a French pedicure. Again, I walked in with a French pedicure on already. The lady removed the color BUT TRIED TO PAINT OVER OUTGROWN gel AGAIN. I told her multiple times if she could still remove it. An argument started with employees in the front. It got very heated multiple girls, left their clients and walked over to see what was happening. I let the lady helping me out Again and she would just rub my feet even harder. I paid $50 for a pedicure. I did not get a scrub and my nails were barely touched. You can literally see the old gel over my "new" pedicure. It's a little embarrassing . I had a flight that same day and communicated that with the ladies. I am now back and was really asked why I didn't go before. I had clearly stated I was out of state until today. The lady "in charge" really said "sorry you could've came earlier " SAVE YOURSELF A TRIP AND BOOK ELSEWHERE.

I went in and asked if they would soak off acrylic nails I had on. I was told yes so I went and took a seat. To my horror, the nail tech grabbed another acrylic nail and shoved it under mine to pull, ply, my nail off. It was so uncomfortable and almost painful. I pulled my hand away and asked if she would soak them off like I had asked, which is the proper way for them to be taken off in the first place, and she told me no. She had already started and so I let her continue and endured the discomfort all while they kept trying to talk me into doing more things (gel manicure, paraffin wax, all things I said no to). She pulled my nails off, ripping the top layer of my real nails off leaving them raw and exposed, filled them down and rubbed some lotion on my hand and then charged me 27 dollars. What the hell is that honestly. 27 dollars for what? Absolutely ridiculous. The lady was nice and so I still tipped because I get that's how a lot of people make their money but the whole thing just isn't right and is just ridiculous. I am so done with these nail salons in town. If you want a good experience and service worth your time and money I suggest going to San Jose or booking an appointment with the nail techs on Instagram.

I'm disappointed. I've been coming here for years for my dip powder manicures. This time was different, though. They filed my nail beds so so hard to the point I had to tell them to stop and I kept bleeding. It was super super painful. They didn't really seem to care though even though I told them that they were making me bleed and to stop. I still got charged $45 for a bloody, half assed job. I won't be coming back.

So we've been here a few times before. Last time I was here it was bad. This time it was bad. This place use to be good, but it's gone downhill. When I was getting my pedicure, one of the nail techs looked over at me very aggressively and said "what" to me because she thought I was talking about her. I was pointing to my toes. I only came here today because my daughter wanted to come here after she got off from school. Last I was here they over charged me then, and they over charged us today $260 for sloppy, unfinished work!!! They completed one design on one nail and not the other. They didn't complete the Frida!! When I asked the nail tech about it she said "I did her a favor" not come back tomorrow I'll fix it. Nothing she just kept saying I did her a favor, does this look like a favor? $75 to get this!!! Now I have to take her to another nail salon to get it finished because it was 6:45 and they wanted to go home!!!!! Mind you she was here since 3:30, with an appointment!!! She got in the chair to get these done at 5:00 an hour and 45min to get unfinished nails!! Do yourself a favor and don't come here!

First time getting my nails done in Hollister since we moved out here from San Jose. The place looked relaxing and clean walking in but the minute I sat down for my pedi and mani it was questionable how sanitized everything was. Did not see any sterilized bags for the tools or them cleaning the station after each customer. Everything looked dirty including the tools, towels, chairs, pillows, etc. The file they were using on me was clearly used and the cuticle cutter she took out was dirty in her toolbox. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but my last straw was that they were talking crap about everyone including myself in vietnamese LOL. Apparently they didnt think I was vietnamese, but yes I understood everything. Shoutout to the caucasion lady who was there today getting her nails done around noon and had to rush out to pick up your son, they called you a liar and that you would probably destroy your nails and come back later. For me, I had thought my *Fresh* pedi came with paraffin so i asked politely if it did because i thought i saw that in their menu (the reason i got it was cuz i wanted paraffin) since she looked like she was almost done. And she said no. Then later tells another nail tech in vietnamese "did you hear her ask if her pedi had the purple thing (she didnt wanna say paraffin cuz its an english word and thought I would understand, little did she know) Ha! Her pedi is only $32 what makes her think that" And to top it off, my nails were painted so sloppy. My big toe's top coat wasnt painted evenly and now it dried up ugly as well as my pinky toe. My mani has paint on my skin. I still tipped and regret it lol.
