Long long waits, rude floor staff and absolutely no help whatsoever. Tellers are super nice. I strongly advise against opening an acct here. Shop around first!

The worst bank ever! Has been closed weeks at a time in Hollister, CA! Nothing new has been happening for a few years! Employees are great if you can ever go in there! If you have a business do not bank with them! You can't access your bank unless you use their atm that doesn't do everything. They should have to pay for all our gas having to drive to gilroy or Los banos just to bank. I am transferring my business and personal accounts.

I come in every other Saturday before work the line is out the door and there's only one or two tellers! This is getting ridiculous. Waiting in line for over 45 mins to cash a check give me a break!!

This is one of those places you wish you could give negative stars to... Why is the only Bank Of America in town closed on Fridays? Does that make sense to anyone? Had to update something, i went in on a Wednesday to make a withdraw, and they tell me they can't allow me to take money out inside... What is the point of them even being open inside if people can't even take there own money out of the bank.. The best they can do is tell me i can drive out of town to another bank.. Horrible bank.

Terrible user experience. Got charged wrong fees and terrible process to dispute. Manipulative with the experience you have to go through to cancel or provide feedback.

I would give minus 5 stars if it was an option. This bank is understaffed, surly, with endless lines, and now there's a bullet proof window between customers and employees? Bank of America in general is rude and wants customers to go to online banking so they can fire even more employees. Trying to get issues resolved via phone is frustrating...good luck talking to an actual human being. I have moved most of my banking to my community credit union and get courteous and prompt service there.

I dread coming here. I'm glad I'll be closing my account soon. 2 tellers on a Friday evening??? What a joke! Oh and I'm actually writing this while I'm line to see a teller.
