Amazing Customer Service and Expertise!
I recently visited 831 tax for the first time, and I was blown away by their exceptional customer service. I had some issues with my previous tax filings, and I immediately felt confident that they would be able to help me. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to address my concerns.
They took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured. I truly appreciate their honesty, hard work, and dedication to educating their clients. Well, what can I say, i’ve worked with this firm for over 10 years and when I first came to them, I was $40,000 in debt with IRS. With professional oversight from this firm and a comprehensive re-filing and restructuring of my past filings I was able to minimize that to $2800. If i can give zero stars i would. I highly wanted to try doing my taxes with them this year for the first time, as they were recommended to me by family. Unfortunately, my calls were unanswered most of the time. Twice when they did answer, i was told to email them with my info. The first time, a guy answered and he was sort of helpful but the second time i called with additional questions and was answered very rudely by some lady. She was not friendly at all! Either way i emailed my info and guess what? No response, no emails, no calls answered after that, nothing. I waited so long and had to file an extention with someone else on the last day taxes were due! Can you believe that? As of today i have gotten no response from them and am not planning on trying again. I don't think anyone should use their unprofessional service. I mean there are better ways to let someone know you are busy or whatever the case may be. If they dont wanna file my taxes, say so or find a different business! But leaving someone hanging, not cool. Not a way to treat a potential customer or anyone at all. I've never had this kind of service before, worst communication ever and this was absolutely a waste of my time. So don't waste yours!

Since I started filing taxes, this place has been my favorite place to do them. I have been with them for years. They have become my trusted place, from the first contact with them, their staff welcomes you with great kindness, they do things easier, the customer service is extraordinary and of course I highly recommend 831 TAX & ACCOUNTING.
