I bought something at the store because it said $1 and I would not have bought it unless it was. So I got a Big gulp and this item. My big gulp came off but then the other item didn't come off. But when I asked the cashier how come it didn't come off they said your card didn't work. But my card did work because it took off for the big gulp. My question, my biggest question, is is why you have people working cashier that can't do simple math or figure stuff like that out because if I bought a big gulp that is one dollar and another item that is one dollar it shouldn't be three something. Also if it took off for my big gulp but not the other item my card DID WORK but it did not take off the sale item that you have marked on sale. So that's false advertisement?? AND BEFORE YOU SAY I GOT THE WRONG ITEM it says right on the sign. Meltamors $1. I never had them before I figured one dollar was a good price to try him at. But I paid $2.69. then I was told I can come back tomorrow and talk to thew manager. like I haven't been jerked around all day already. I got screwed into taking a delivery that paid $3.03. so your mistake cost me a whole delivery, literally a whole delivery. I'm tired of wasting my time with this kind of stuff. Please train your employees to do refunds or exchanges or make decisions thank you.

Employees are rude and always have an attitude. The two young women there in the night/afternoon seem to have a strange vibe that throws me off. I speak both English and Spanish, and the employees in the afternoon/night seem to only speak Spanish. Which in itself isn't a problem. However, I do wish they would have at least one employee who speaks English it would make things easier for employees and customers not to mention it would make the line go down faster. The problem is, even when speaking Spanish to make things easier when I ask for lids or food. They seem to care even less and sometimes don't even respond. They just seem to not care. I thought I was just being judgmental so after 4 other occasions I've gone to grab some snacks with friends my experience does not change. Not only that but a woman with glasses seems to be wishing customers a good day with an angry tone and very insincere which just happened this afternoon She seemed to get angry just because I asked if I could get lids for Slurpees... They also don't know the meaning of personal space I tried paying with my card. As I inserted it into the card reader. It read as an error and the man behind the counter tried to grab it out from my hand thinking I wasn't doing it right. Which in all honesty shocked me and left me feeling very upset. I get if he was trying to help but why couldn't he be more mindful rather than just reaching over and trying to take it from my hand?! I honestly don't recommend shopping here unless you need to.

Terrible customer service no receipt paper in the could not get my money back after spending $200 plus to put on my cash app cashier made an error and I was out $200 no receipt and needed to wait till the owner counted out cash the following day to get my money back ?. It took over to 23 hours to try to convince them to let me have my money back and it was not happening I needed to leave the store with no proof that I purchased $200 on my cash let me tell you was an ugly feeling I could not sleep just knowing that I got ripped off by this register and she was in training supervisor that was there teaching there should have did it it was a rough night not knowing if I was going to get my money returned thank God that next morning at 11 they returned my $200 plus and a muffin for the inconvenience of this incident...... Very bad poor customer they do not explain anything correctly and you do not have any receipt paper and the cash register it was a total mess.. ????

On 7/11/23 around 10 pm,the store was a total disaster. The employee on register which was new did not know any English whatsoever, the second employee a young woman that I found out might be related to management, did not get behind the counter and help her other employer when I need. young employer has been noticed and seen taking drugs using drugs while on a one hour break from 2:00 p.m. 2:00 a.m. till 3:00 a.m. at 7-Eleven is only supposed to close around 4:00 4:00 a.m. till 5:00 a.m. to clean the store not at 2:00 a.m. both employees are on break. It's a violation of the 24/7 hour. I have been coming to this store for almost 10 years and I have never came across such a disorganized store ever. Not only do American English speaking people they do not work there at all all the employees seem to only speak spanish. That is also a violation of law called discrimination of race. Numerous times I have gone in there at night in the young employee who I believe is to be Management's daughter or some type of relative, is seeing outside of the store and different vehicles throughout the night and seem to be using drugs while in the vehicles. I have mentioned this to staff at 7-Eleven in Hollister California where I do live and yet nothing has been done. My first job was at 7-Eleven and we all spoke English and we also some spokes Spanish too and we all got along just fine. The way the store is run in Hollister is really really sad it's pathetic when you got 20 people waiting in line you got two people that are supposed to be working and only one is taken care of the customers while the other one is just standing there watching and smiling that is wrong that's not customer service. I find this to be very disturbing and unrealistic of a 7-Eleven that I am familiar with all over the us. 7-Eleven should have both English and Spanish speaking people not just one or the other that's called discrimination.

Lady here never gives me the discounts when I use my phone number and the items are on sale. 2 Gatorades advertised for $4.75 but charges full price.. instopped coming here because she did this to me with Bang energy drinks. She always charges me full price.

The ladies that work there are very kind and helpful. Even the one that yelled at me for not asking her for a bag before she rang me up. (It's not like I can't afford 10 cents.) My fault, I assumed she would've known that I needed one, you know for the 20 items I just purchased. You know what, silly me! She probably hasn't heard that I gave up juggling for the new year!

7/11 always has a big variety of drinks and snacks. The prices are good also and they usually have good deals.
