This place is absolutely awful. The pharmacy wait times are ridiculous. If you don’t call and hassle them they likely won’t start processing your prescription. When you go in they make you wait 20-30 minutes. Even though my Docs calls them in first thing in the morning they still are ready to pickup at 6:00 PM. Horrible, I’m switching pharmacy’s.

This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. The pharmacy techs here are worthless and refuse to actually help you out. They kept telling me my copay for my meds were $550 after I confirmed with my insurance my copay was $20. I tried getting my meds in Turlock but they were out and they even confirmed it was $20 copay. The smart techs at Hilmar kept informing ME that I must have a deductible and my first time paying for these meds were $550. Obviously I know my coverage and the fact that I have no deductible and yet THEY were trying to tell me what my own coverage was. They refused to try and check their system or verify the information seeing as how my copay is ONLY $20. After going back and forth with them, I finally had my prescription sent to another pharmacy. Same name, same dosage, same insurance and guess how much my copay was? Yep, $20. When I was on the phone with my insurance they literally said, "It sounds like the pharmacy tech is not willing to actually help you out because you are covered for 98% of the cost for these meds. LIKE I SAID, they were so smart to school me on my own insurance yet couldnt help me figure out the issue . So, I will never again bring any of my meds to this store. This staff is worthless and so irritating. Funny how the other Walgreens confirmed my $20 copay to which the HIlmar tech said they must be wrong because I HAVE to pay $550. Instead of saying, "oh wow another store confirmed its $20, something must be wrong with the system."

The staff is very rude not helpful at all . Takes for ever ! When they don’t have the prescription after waiting hours , we call again then they tell us they don’t have it go somewhere else . When it’s almost closing . I will stop all prescriptions going here and family members . Very very disappointing.

The pharmacy staff that is there lately are totally rude. Not courteous at all. Missing the prior staff that were always very friendly and helpful. I am seriously looking to go somewhere else.

I've had 2 cancer surgeries in the past week to where the Doctor called in Cipro to avoid infections. I get a text saying there is an insurance hold on my prescription ($12) so I called it back in to pick up at 3pm and was told that it would be ready. Upon arriving, I was told again that there was an insurance hold and I replied back that I don't have any insurance through your store. Why would I need any type of insurance for a product that only costs $12? I call my Doctor and they immediately sent the order over to Amazon and 2 minutes later, I check in with Amazon's Pharmacy to check prices and the order was already there for several dollars cheaper. (No insurance involved). I spent more time in line at Walgreens than I did calling my Doctor and getting it sent over to Amazon. UPDATE - Walgreens contacts me over a week later for a prescription that I needed the following day. And the price is now almost $20. I got it off Amazon for $8.50. I won't be using Walgreens again.

The pharmacist here, Fernanda, is always so rude. If you bring a problem to her attention, she will insult you and act like you're the problem (rather than working with you in a respectful way to resolve the issue), and hold medication hostage (even if your doctor prescribes you medication, and your insurance covers the cost, if she doesn't agree with you having it, she'll tell you it's "policy" that you cannot have it at that time, and will not give it to you). My doctor has had to call and speak ony behalf to resolve issues like this. When my mom brought broken pills back to the pharmacy because multiple pills of hers were broken and unusable, Fernanda swore up and down that the medication didn't leave the pharmacy broken, and heavily implied that my mom broke them from being careless. My mom was out medication because of this. It's unacceptable and unprofessional behavior for a pharmacist.

Walgreens... What happened to your store. Went to get my vac booster and it took an hour to get it. Why so slow even when I had an appointment. Why schedule an appointment to get a vac an wait one hour to get it. Last time I was in and out in 10 minutes. Maybe it had something to do with who was the pharmacist. Yeah that must be it. Fire him. Gotta go. See ya.

Ive had so many issues with prescriptions, and they won’t have your prescription ready until you call and talk to someone personally . I have been back and forth for over a month just to get one simple prescription ready and finally they told me they will get it done and be ready in 3hrs!

I just wanted to give credit to the management and support at the pharmacy. They may not be perfect but have always worked with me to get me what I needed. I wish all customers would use the Walgreens app so they would know when their prescriptions were ready to pick up instead of holding up the line.

This pharmacy is quite simply the worst I have ever seen. Im not one to use names when bad-mouthing people, FERNANDA, but the pharmacist is the epitome of arrogance. This lady, FERNANDA, will just, on her own, give you what she wants, not what the doctor prescribed. Where would that kind of power come from. People need their meds, FERNANDA, and by you playing God, you are making people suffer in more ways than one. Do YOUR job, not the doctors. You, FERNANDA, did not go to medical school and dont know what is best for me, but my doctor may very well. Keep your personal agenda off my body. You, FERNANDA, are a pathetic excuse for someone that claims to be helping people. What my doctor and I discuss/decide is in no way any of your business, so please remember that. Horrible
