“It was okay for my son to get the kids vaccine. Clean environment.Made an appointment and they were ready in minutes after checking in.Only thing was they didn't have my son sit down on a chair or take into a private room, and instead gave the shot near the front counter. I had to configure my son and tell him to relax while the pharmacist didn't say any "normal/standard shot preparation " like other places for these injections.But, it worked out and it was done and son was fine . Scheduling 2nd dose somewhere else, where this is more of a privacy there.(responding to Tower Pharmacy: Would be nice to have it brought to my attention before hand or asked in the "questionnaire" I filled out to "have that option."Rather then not knowing that, until now. Well I hope this will help others)”

“My Rite aide at 651 N. Golden State Boulevard is great. Someone at the front of the store always greets me with a warm Hello. Then at the pharmacy I am again greeted warmly, and usually there is between 0 and 3 customers waiting in line and it goes very quickly. Then I shop, and check out. Someone always helps me out to my car with my heavy items (bottled water) . Like I said in the beginning, they are great and so cheerful. They always put the heavy items (bottled water) in My cart for me too.”

The pharmacist also informed me on a needle recycling program, so thankful for her.”

“I came in to purchase some baby formula because the kind my baby uses a lot of places don't sell it, anyways the man that helped me check out was extremely nice and he totally made my day, I was having a bad day but just his smile and the way he asked questions about my shopping experience made me feel better. I was observing him talking to the lady in front of me at checkout and he was very professional and it was actually nice to see an older man take his job very serious as he was very professional all around. I love this CVS location over all, I live a lot closer to the Turlock location, but I always come here because they are just nice and helpful here, even told me the specials of the week. Which no one does these days. Overall excellent service. When I experience great customer service I make it known, to many people go unappreciated and I just wanted to make sure they appreciate the great employee that was there, I believe the date was last Tuesday at about 11am maybe 12pm he needs to get recognized for his awesome customer service.”

“?PHARMACY? I just want to thank the pharmacy staff at the Safeway in Turlock on Countryside. They just blessed me with the best experience. The customer service was awesome. The speed of service was phenomenal. The price for the prescription I picked up literally blew me away. I was prepared to show my GoodRX card but they even beat their price. This prescription was a refill and yes I have insurance. The previous pharmacy took forever to fill it, gave me so much grief when entering it into their system and then told me that it wasn’t covered?. The prescription price was over $150. I used my GoodRX and paid slightly over $30. Tonight for the refill at Safeway I only paid $5!!!? #GodIsAGreatGod #BlessingsOnBlessings”

They try their hardest to satisfy the customers when sometimes we see long lines. “Everytime I go here I'm never let down, I'm always greeted when I walk in! I am currently between insurances, so I have to pay out of pocket and when I called to ask if my prescription is ready, the Pharmacist on the phone told me she would look into some coupons to help me out and she brought my total down! I wish I caught her name! I know things are really crazy right now but she took the time out of her busy schedule to help me and that absolutely made my day!”

“Upon reviewing others reviews, I was worried that I made a huge mistake switching my prescription here. Mistake meaning, I already hate my other pharmacy, why leave to another horrible pharmacy. I couldn't be more wrong. I walked into the Walgreens at about 5:10 PM. I waited like two minutes and immediately I was helped by Pharmacist Diego. I believe that was his name. He quickly grabbed my medication. He was very professional and courteous. They did not have several of the components I needed to administer my medication but they did have the main component. I was in and out of Walgreens in less than ten minutes. Amazing for sure since I always wait around or get the runaround from my previous un named pharmacy. To be fair, I'll give you all a hint of which pharmacy to stay away from, it's rhymes with CVS. I got home and within thirty minutes, I get a call from Walgreens the informing me my other components were in. Now that was fast. So far this transaction went smoothly. Let's hope this continues. Thank you Walgreens.”
