Oil was leaking out of my car and Raymond was very professional, communicative and took his time to figure out why. He was detailed in his process and helped fix a problem that another oil change placed caused. He did not talk negatively about the other place and remained professional. No complaints from me. I work in town and I can drop off my vehicle and swing back by when the works done. It's no Jiffy Lube and I mean that in the best way... I expect the work to be done correctly and it always has been. The staff as been great about not hard-selling me on add on bs and just recommending things that actually need maintenance. It's not fast but I've never been in a hurry.
