“This credit union is a "5" out of 5! caring, competent, friendly, efficient, and effective. Today, for example, the service was beyond my expectations. I had called 2 days ago and requested statements from closed accounts. today, I arrived at 4:45 pm with my family, who were warmly welcomed. before 5:00 pm, I left with 25 pages of statements, and Laura, head banker, even had a dispute form ready to be signed when I arrived!”

“I LOVE this bank. I have used other banks in the past. 3 of the top well known banks to be exact. I had issues with all 3. I have never had a problem with F&M. The staff is friendly, helpful and they get to know you and your needs. They always have a smile and hello to all of their patrons. I wish that they had an office in Atwater BUT then again it wouldn't have the same people. If you're unhappy with your bank, go to F & M”

“We recently transferred all of our banking needs to the Turlock branch of US Bank. We were with Bank of the West for many years but their level of customer service has gone in the gutter. Due to my relationship with Denny Silva in BNI, we chose US Bank. They have branches in convenient areas where we live and work. Cindy Coffey assisted us in opening a business, personal, savings and custodian account. They have multiple account options and because my husband is a veteran, we received additional free services. They even thanked him for his service! From Denny, to Cindy to new employee Fatima Kaster, their level of competence, expertise and friendly, welcoming attitude makes this bank #1. In this day and age of technology, customer-oriented banking has gone by the wayside but US Bank has proven that community and customers are #1. Highly recommend transferring your accounts today. “I've been a client toWestamerica for quite some time now and learned a lot from when to go and what is needed at the bank. Yes I agree with a lot of you that there are times that the lines are long and tellers are limited. So for me I try to keep it at the ATM as far as cash goes. When it comes to getting your balance or monthly statement its best to go on line if you have the app or some other access like laptop/home computer. On weekends it can drastically be overwhelming. Especially at first moments opening (also on some days during the week m-f) if your time grants it try going in at 10-1130am in this way you miss that a.m. traffic m-f. And possibly slightly earlier on Saturdays like930-1030am it doesn't always work that way on Saturdays. Its more of a hit or miss kind of day due to the limited hours. Pick and choose your hrs as you see fit but it works for me.”
