“It was pouring rain and we had a flooding issue. I called looking for a certain product to detour the water from the rain gutter. They were the only store around that had what we were looking for (I had been to 2 other stores) but problem was the store was closing. I spoke with the manager, he said he would stay open if I came right away even though I was coming all the way from Turlock. There aren't very many stores that would do that any longer. It was greatly appreciated.”
