Horrible customer service from the manager, Bonnie Vasquez. the cashier was very helpful but the manager was trying to have a full conversation ( not caring at that time infront of other )with me across the room while she sat at her desk. Until I told the cashier she is very unprofessional putting my business infront of everyone. Then she tells me I need a banker which then she say no one is available. Two bankers sitting with no customers when I got there. I told her I will wait she said it will take hours just to see if I can get seen. I told her it’s always an issue in this bank . Then she just started to raise her voice at me and tried to speak to me like if I was a child and I told her to stop that I was going to report her. I asked a question to one of the other bankers and they told me nothing gets approved or done if it doesn’t go by her first. she claim that they were very busy and she couldn’t help me so I sat down for 35 minutes and for 35 minutes, only two customers walked in. She walked to the back and never came out

I just visited the WF in Highlands, CA and the teller - Andrea was extremely polite, happy, and helpful. It was a wonderful experience and I appreciate the excellent customer service!

Everytime I come it doesn't matter, what time, only one teller open. 6-8 people in line. You need to practice on better service. It's ridiculous.

This branch and Wells Fargo overall is terrible! We've been banking with them for over 20 years and they still hold checks for over 2 weeks. The manager is always out and they don't give a definite reason why they hold our checks. We're basically at their mercy.

Came in on a Monday to open a new account and it's empty. Not a single customer. You would think that means you'd be seen quick. Nope. There is no one working to open accounts. The manager is on lunch at 3pm. How is that any way to run a business? You would you they would be available to open new accounts. I can't imagine what it would be like to be an account holder and there is no one here to help you. They had me wait 30 mins for the manager to tell me they can only see customers by appt only.

Seems that due to Covid and downsizing of employees this branch in Highland does not have the staffing in the bank to handle accounts or services in person. They do not answer the phone anymore.I have made a few calls to see if a Notary was available so that I could have some documents signed. I had to go in person to the bank only to be informed that the person was off (this was on a Thursday) and they would be in on Monday. I called on Monday with no answer to see if the Notary is available and if I needed to make an appointment. I do not understand why the phone is not being answered? They have a person sitting behind the security glass behind the teller's who seems to be able to answer the phone? They will gladly come out and speak to you in person and try to help but again not answer when you call. And yes I could go to Auto Club but the Notary there claims that they can not provide the service being it's to complicated of paperwork and that a bank Notary would need to handle it?One Unhappy 37 Year Customer!!!Happy Trails

as a "premium' member of 20+ years i have delt with ups and downs with them and rode it out but lately things have changed ... understaffed and empty when I had a problem with attempted fraud this time the manager on duty said she did not have time to fix i had 1800 wells on phone but she did not want to talk to them...maintained same balance for years.... i dont feel premium no more. ps they dont answer the phone and you can not make appointment ...they do not exist at wells.com .....check for yourself CONFIDENCE LOST

Usually ok, very slow today, Wednesday June 30 at 1130 am. Cashier did not notice long line and did not call for another teller.

This is a good place, is usually not that busy compare to other locations. Staff is friendly and efficient.
