Took 20 minutes to wait for someone to open for a muscle roll on THEN when leaving the store security is reading off his watch as I passed and calls me back like I'm trying to slip by, Sorry my time is just as valuable as yours, DO YOUR JOB AND QUIT READING MESSAGES OFF YOUR WATCH!

Recently, they put in new self checkouts, but when I went in today only 2 were open. They had 3 workers hovering over the 2 people trying to check out. So they spent all this money to get these fancy checkouts and they still don't trust anybody to use them. I ended up using the regular line, and it was still quicker than self checkout

I just went in there to buy a razor for my daughter had to wait over 15 minutes because the cashier did not have a key and she was not busy.

I went to Walmart and had to use the self checkout. I start scanning an a Walmart employee, a young black man, stands directly in front of my cart as I'm scanning. I asked him to step back and he moved to the side of my cart. I asked him if there was a problem? He said nothing. I got stuck a couple of times on the register and he offered no help. He continued standing there in what I now consider to be an act of intimidation and prejudice. I say this because as soon as I was done and two black customers got in line he walked away. It's bad enough that this Walmart has only a couple of lines that you can be checked through and now they've gone into full self check mode. I am assuming that they don't want customers money at this store because they offer racial intimidation and no service. SHOP ELSEWHERE AND DO NOT GO TO THIS WALMART STORE!!!! TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO ANOTHER STORE WHERE YOU WILL RECEIVE BETTER TREATMENT.

Self checkout is a nightmare. WHY!!!!!! Put all those self checkouts when only approx 20% is in use. 90% products on lockdown. The least they could do is let us instacart shoppers checkout keys to do shopping in shorter times.

Number one why do we have so many self service and yet you only have three or four open at a time number two why is it individual lines now instead of one line so you can be the next person to go up that defeats the purpose of self check out and getting out in a tidy speedy way. Whoever decided to change this doesn't know what they're doing three times recently there has been an issue at the line not enough open closing right in front of them. Which line do I go?

If you like to wait around for nothing then you'll have loads of fun here. Most things are locked up and no employee seems to know who has the key or they walkie someone who never comes.

I'll never go here again. Ever. These people are terrible. I will drive over to Hallmark Pkwy if I NEED to go to a Walmart. Otherwise, I make a practice to not support these stores.

I'm coming to this Walmart in High California buy the battery for my car. I come to the cars battery section and all the battery is locked and required customer service to open. I rings the customer service bell and asks people that work there to open and no one have a key to open. They also tell me I will get someone to open. But I waited almost 2 hours and still no show up to open. Other people shopping there telling me that no one works there that how this Walmart operates. Finally I decided to leave and go to the Walmart store in Redlands California. I arrived there and got my battery in and out less than 10 minutes. The Walmart in Highland should just close the store down. It's very difficult to get customers service for help. And most everything is in a lock cage even I see underwear in a lock cage. This is a worse Walmart store. I give one stars because there's no star to select. I would give this Walmart zero star. Thank you

The worst. Everything is locked up. Ring the bell for services takes so long. Sometimes they walk by and tells you give me a minute. Not saying thank you for waiting give me a minute. I mean this place is rude!!!! Please retrain your staff. I understand sometimes they are short staff but please don't be rude. Especially that old man. That's why I normally go to Target and it's 5 miles away. Walmart is closer but nope the service sucks there. A billion dollar empire with rude staff. I wouldn't even give them a star but I Vape to to leave this post.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited for almost 30mins for someone to assist me at the alcohol aisle to unlock the liquor locker. Multiple employees walked past me without acknowledgment, advised me they don't have a walkie talkie to page someone or if they did have a walkie talkie it was inoperable to page for assistance. I called the customer service line (909) 425-8846 multiple times to ask for assistance. One employee advised me that I should just shop at another well know big chain store, multiple employees stated they don't know who the manager on duty was or how to get into contact with one when I asked to speak to one. I understand you have a locked locker to prevent theft but the store is also preventing purchase of goods by the consumer. The fact that no one is able to assist because you have only a select few that are only able to unlock the liquor locker is absurd. It shouldn't take this long for assistance or lack of. I eventually left after wasting 30 minutes feeling frustrated and upset that I came into your establishment to purchase something to only leave with zero results and/or assistance. This store has to do better.

I actually love shopping at Walmart Supercenter in West Covina, CA on Azusa Ave, but unfortunately it seems to me that people get treated a little differently! I believe that someone higher up(NOT the store management) should possibly take a look into there employees who primarily only seem to be of one minority & wonder why is there almost a non existent diversity? The way I was treated & information I've been told in my past experience, have honestly, NOT been very pleasant or correct & if your employees can not make an effort to treat people equally, then I think that deserves a little more attention, be it a little more training in customer service or providing an outlet for
