After moving to Highland from 20 years in the Palm Springs area, I transfered my CVS pharmacy needs to CVS Baseline and Palm, experiencing three years of very poor service and many mistakes.
I didn't realize the Highland Walgreens had a drive thru (handicapped) or I would have switched sooner!
The staff is kind and caring and they've gone out of their way to help me with prescription issues. Something CVS NEVER did! I'm so grateful for this service.

Bad service at the pharmacy, your prescription will not be ready at the time given, your phone call will not be answered, if your having a emergency just dial 911. This pharmacy is a joke ??

I gave them one star because I can't give them any less. I just called the Pharmacy department to clarify an insurance issue for one of my prescriptions and they disconnected without answering the phone. Wait times for prescription fills are long and they cannot even tell you when they will be filled. I had to wait 24 hours for a anti-inflammatory med for my knee. They have said repeatedly, "We have 200 orders to fill before yours." Worst Pharmacy ever! We are looking for another.

If you want to pick up your prescriptions, it will take at least 2-3 days, long lines, rude staff- I'll be changing pharmacies asap!

I have to write another review so I finally opened my bag of prescriptions the bag had my information on it but the medication inside was someone else now lucky I pay attention but they gave me meds that are chemotherapy medication so pay attention to your pills

They need to work on their website, their app is useless. The pharmacy tells you one thing but when you get there it's another. Very disappointed. AND can you explain how your info is supposed to be secure when you get messages like this from them?

Pathetic service. Indifferent attendants. One worker to handle walk in and drive up window. Over 30 minutes in line with two people ahead of me.

Been coming to this pharmacy for years but over the last year or so it's been terrible. Long lines, slow customer service at the pharmacy window. Usually one person working the drive thru, front window, etc. Moving to another location. Today was the last draw.

I am so grateful for this location. On 11/10/2023 I came late to the pharmacy to get meds after my surgery. I was close to closing time and they still helped me and I was scared I would have to go back to the ER. I just had my gallbladder taken out and they made sure I had my medicine so I would sleep last night. To the 2 nice lady's and young man that worked last night. You are a life saver. I always get my normal prescriptions here too and I personally never have an issue. God bless you. I really mean it. Thank you so much.

Terrible at Walgreens in Redlands said the store here in highland had the prescription I need it just to show up and be told there’s nothing in stock . When in the system it prompt it there was stock in the shelf!

Worst pharmacy I've ever been too. Takes an act of God to get any help over the phone and act of congress to get insulin. Never had so much trouble or so many excuses when im trying to spend money there... but nope never again. Literally moving all my prescriptions somewhere else
