“They took care of my 5 year old cat who had a bad respiratory infection and he's all better now. Definitely recommend! We used to just take our dog Charlie there but now Dodger will be going to see them as well.”

“We have been coming to Higland Village Animal Hospital since our dog Sage was about 6 months old. Have been very pleased with the staff during every visit. They are very caring, knowledgeable & patient. I had Sage spayed here and they healed two ear infections. Today we saw the Dr. for a lump on Sage and are waiting to get results back…. I feel like I’m in good hands at this veterinary hospital and you will be too! Thank you to the staff for taking such good care of Sage!

Update: We received the fine needle aspiration results back on Sages lump showing it was inflammation most likely from the shot they gave her for her ear infection a few weeks prior. We are so relieved it’s nothing serious. We appreciate that the Dr. was willing to do the extra testing that we requested to put our mind at ease.”

“This is the best pet hospital I’ve ever been too. They truly care and are so much more affordable than any other options I’ve ever been too. My dog has epilepsy and they always have done their best for him and given him amazing treatment so far, I drive well over an hour to come to this vet office because of how superior they are.”

“First time here with my elderly cat. She did great with Dr. Bogh. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost of treatment. The prices were very good. I have been to other vets, and their prices were crazy. I definitely will continue to go here.”

“I love that your in & out. There was no big crowd. No line, no waiting maybe I went on a good day. I went Tuesday at 130pm. I have three dogs that needed a tick tablet. They weight them and all we paid for was for the tablets that they gave us there. Other vets wanted $40-$70 just for the visit then another $fee for ticks tablets. This place had no fee for office visits, only fee was for tablets per dog and if we want a refill we orders on-line they'll send Dr our request and he'll approve done ?? I will definitely be returning with me dogs ?”

“Best value vet clinic in the SB valley area. Getting an appointment was a little difficult and that is probably due to popularity and demand. Had my Yorkies teeth worked on (removal of several and cleaning) for a fraction of the cost of other vets in the area.”

“Dr. Paul has been exceptionally kind and helpful to my dog, Cleopatra. We were struggling to find a good vet to help my dog with her newly diagnosed diabetes. The first visit was super helpful and Dr. Paul was extremely knowledgeable, he even called cleopatra a day after to make sure she was feeling better.

Cleopatra is a high-stress & untrusting dog, she hides under tables, chairs, or whatever if she’s at the vet and usually trembles. Dr. Paul spent quality time during our first exam helping cleopatra feel comfortable.

Dr. Paul is the ONLY vet that cleopatra didn’t stay hiding under the chairs. She came up to him on her own, took treats from him, and even let him touch her. (This never happens)

As fur parents we love our animals as our family. Dr. Paul made us feel like he loves cleopatra too. We are the most grateful.”

“Yucaipa Animal Hospital and Boarding/Grooming is go to for taking my girl Bailee!! This our second family member to get treated here. First, it was our boy Charlie who got vaccinations, boarding as well as his medical treatment/care here and w/all three we were very pleased w/the staff. Even when, the time came that, my daughter had to choose to put Charlie down, this was where we chose. So now with, having Bailee as our newest family member, there was no question about where I wanted her to get her veterinary care with her vaccinations, boarding, grooming as well as getting her spayed. And with all four, I’m again, pleased with the staff and their good work with my girl.”

“Overall great experience. Staff was friendly and and efficient. I took my 16 week kitten here to be spayed. Check in is at 7:30 am. Many people (including myself) came earlier and the gates didn’t open, so keep in mind you may have to park or wait outside of the gates. Please be mindful and turn on your hazard lights if you’re going to park in the middle of the streets/curb (safer if you park elsewhere and arrive at 7:30). Staff are quick in checking people in so don’t stress about having to be the first in line or arriving hours before open time.

Some tips:
-Prices for services are the least expensive here
-You would need to schedule appointment way in advance (at least a month)
-Putting on my kitten’s e collar/cone was difficult when we got home. If I could do it over again, I would bring the e collar / cone with me and ask staff if they can put it on while my kitten is under anesthesia

I posted a photo of my invoice. I paid for complete lab work up, spay services, rabies vaccine, frontline plus flea/tick treatment, IV catheter IV fluids, and post op pain meds. Total came out to $272.50 .

Of note, there are financial assistance available. I will attach a photo of that too. Hope this helps!”

“The doctors have always been kind and caring and Dr. Coleman saved my cat’s life when two emergency hospitals couldn’t diagnose her problem. Dr. Malone has been treating my cat with multiple health issues and is keeping her conditions in check.”

“East Valley Pet Hospital is where I take my dogs, and that alone speaks volumes. I still prefer to give them shots myself. Mainly use a trained veterinarian to offer another opinion. No matter how knowledgeable you may get in any field in life, the practicing professional tends to be up-to-date with the current science, and not to be taken lightly. It’s when one thinks that they know it all and resist learning that they become stagnant. Always be excited to acquire new information to add to your knowledge…I love to be corrected by a professional. They tend to explain the connections behind the science in a concise manner and in a very short amount of time….”

“I’d be useless without Uncle John! The whole team here is amazing, but specifically John and Dr Soliman. Uncle John as we call him is the reason we come here, I would trust him with my life, and my dog’s! He is so experienced, very compassionate and empathetic, and my dog absolutely loves and trusts him. We are so grateful!”

“Even after moving...we still bring our fur kids here. They're patient, caring, knowledgeable, & simply the best. You can't find better. Dr. DiCarlo hires the best staff & has high expectations of them. They approach all pets like they are their own.”

“I bring my 2 cats here and the staff is great- as is the pricing. I originally came in as they charged the most reasonable amount to nurture my cat (compared to 100s more other places) but stayed due to the vet techs and vets. They really are kind people that care for your animal, willing to answer your questions, and spend the extra time. I appreciate their thoughtful care.”

“The staff was quick to help and was so kind and compassionate to our dog. The dr. took her time to let our dog get acquainted with her before assessing his issues. We felt heard and cared for during the entire appointment .”

“Come to this place to P/U a load twice this week been a great experiences. From the security guard to the staff i dealt with at shipping is great. Despite the current event with Covid-19 the procedures been easy. You have to drop the trailer as part of their security protocol. This is from personal experiences, I can’t speak on the other drivers negative experience.”

“Vet: Dr. Cain
I started bringing my 16 y/o cat to do basic routine follow ups to be closer to home while remaining w another vet for her extensive treatment (Kidney failure, thyroid, heart murmur). What seemed like a scary transition of vets, became much smoother after working a Dr. Cain. She is a WEALTH of knowledge and really knows her stuff. Don’t be thrown off w bedside manners. She can be short and speaks quickly but this is NO indicator of the care she gives your pet! She is amazing! I feel so confident knowing my old babygirl is in great hands. I don’t need Dr.Cain to be my friend (though she still reassured and supported me). I need Dr.Cain to keep my baby alive and healthy. She even caught cardio risk factors that the other vet didn’t catch. I believe she mentioned having a specialty in cardiovascular care. Lastly, as someone who also suffers from a compromised immune system, I do not mind that she conducts her visit by phone or from a distance. Again, the care of my pet is never compromised. I hope this is helpful to you and your furry babies.”

“Arrowview has saved 2 of my cat's lives. Sure you have to wait but you can't beat the prices and they care about your pet. If I could give 10 stars I would. Expect to wait but the prices are worth it and the staff is amazing.”
