Dear Greenspot Valero,First, let me say that I recognize and appreciate the convenience of your location. Located right at the conjunction of Greenspot Rd, Webster Ave, and Boulder Ave., your location is ideal for those who live in East Highland Ranch and the surrounding area. I also appreciate that your mini-mart is almost always clean and well-stocked and the attendants have been friendly almost every time I've stopped by.However, what I simply cannot abide by is the outrageous price gouging on your gas prices. Your prices are routinely 25 to 60 cents a gallon higher than the other 2 Valero Stations a mile away. Those other two (located on Baseline and Pacific) are always within 5 to 10 cents of each other; whereas your gas prices are always higher than Snoop Dogg on 4/20.There's simply no good reason for this. Way back when you first opened, you had a small auto-repair shop located here that did oil changes, tire changes, and light to medium repairs. I kind of understood the higher prices of gas at that time to help pay for the on-duty mechanic. However, that part of your business shut down over a DECADE ago. I understand that the residents of EHR might be a little more well-to-do, but you can please stop with the insanity of your higher prices.To be honest, I was glad to see the 7-11 open up across the street. Clean and well maintained with a safe feeling atmosphere, I have been to too many gas stations where I have to keep eyes on the back of my head, but not this one.

Cashier steals money, we gave her money and she only gave us half of the hat I gave her for gas money and she refuses to look into it, gave us her manager’s info and I just left a message but I have a feeling I won’t hear back, his the person who reviewed with 5 stars Jacob Stewart, “Says they have the nicest people working there”Hate to inform you Mr. Stewart but that cashier you have there was approached in a decent matter and she’s nasty, she has a nasty mouth on her…I hope you get back me regarding this matter and I hope to get my money back.Got a quick response by Mr. Stewart and resolved our issue.Thank you for the refund of our money Mr. Stewart, we appreciate it.Thank you for being polite and taking care of this matter.We were glad to see that good management still exist.

Customer Service was the reason why this place got a one star not the fact that gas prices are about $.30 more than other gas station around. When a customer ask a question part of your job is to answer or at least try your best to service that customer in your best attempt to please the customer. At least that’s what most of us expect out of businesses will provide any type of service but people have forgotten about that very important concept called customer service.

Customer Service and Feeling Safe!!!I went there to grab a drink. There was a homeless man wondering the parking lot, yelling. Making me very nervous. By that time I was closer to the convenience store door then my car, he was closer to my car. The cashier saw me ushred me in and locked the door so he couldn't get in. I got my items and she kept an eye on him via security camera and let me know he had left the area.

Manager very rude. Yells at kids for no reason. Needs to learn how to talk to people. Yelling at paying customers in front of other customers makes them look bad. It's not professional. If there is a problem do it right. You dont treat customers at any age like that. Bad Management. First time there. Never again.
