The owner of this location has told his employees to charge $1.25 for a strip of tape to put on your return box. I saw a lady get charged $9.89 for a label and small envelope. The greed!I understand the need to cover expenses, but don't abuse your customers!

This store deserves zero stars. I dropped off 4 boxes to this store and paid $500 to be delivered to my new home. I received them all torn up and most of my items in each box were destroyed and shattered. One box was dropped and broke completely, and it was obvious that someone threw my shattered items back in the box and taped up the box about 6 times- These boxes were brand new. I purchased them the same day I dropped them off at UPS. (I expected a couple items not to make it, but I didn't expect to lose everything). I called the store and spoke to Heidi the "manager" and boy was I wrong when I thought things couldn't get worse. Heidi was very rude and snappy from the very beginning. My call was a inconvenience to her and she made sure I was aware of that. I sent her an email regarding what happened and included attachments with all my pictures, receipts, etc. to file a claim. I called 4 days later to get an update on my claim and her first response was that she did not receive my email, which I knew was not true because I sent the email twice and received two automated emails confirming they received my email. She then placed me on hold for 15 minutes and got back on the phone and told me the pictures of my receipts were too blurry. I asked her if she could see the rest of my pictures and she said "yeah, everything else is good, just resend pictures of the receipts". So I did, and I waited about an hour, haven't heard from Heidi, so I called the store back to confirm she received the email, the pictures are good and I can move on. She answers the call again, I told her I resent the receipts and she says, "Oh, well I don't have pictures of your broken items" after I just got off the phone with her confirming that she does.... I told her that she just told me she does, I'm confused and because I asked her to explain, she begins yelling!! Yelling at me, stating that's not what she said and I have no reason to be upset and she stated, "she isn't the one who broke my stuff". I told her, " I brought my boxes to your UPS office, that you manage so yes this is your responsibility and I do have many reasons to be upset." I also stated I will resend my email with all attachments again and I expect a call back confirming she has everything. She started yelling at me again and I cut her off and repeated the same statement again. She said "WOW" and hung up on me. I never received a call when I forwarded the email again and I tried calling back twice and she sent me to voicemail, refusing to take my calls. This was the worst customer service I have ever received. Heidi is very short tempered, extremely rude, unprofessional at its finest, immature and does not have the necessary skills to be any type of manager. I will never use UPS again and I made sure to tell my friends and family what I went threw and they will also no longer be using UPS anymore. This company can thank Heidi for the business loss.

I usually go into the UPS store to turn in prepaid returns from Amazon and other online retailers. Always polite and having no troubles on either side of the package exchange. Thank you

I always go for my Amazon returns and they are quick and communicative. During my last visit I was helped by Francisco and I was literally there for less than a minute. Mind you I did have the item and barcode ready to go

So far the best UPS around IE. The workers are fast and helpful. Small but very productive. Friendly staff too.

I called ahead and was told a notary would be there open to close. I showed up, waited in line, and was told to wait in another line. I waited in the other line, and as I got to the front I was told she was going to lunch and was turned away.

Is it weird to say, I have been all over and this UPS aid probably the worse customer service. People are rude and condescending. At first I gave the benefit of a doubt, but after my 3rd visit. Worse UPS in the nation.

Today I witnessed the young woman behind the counter telling a disabled man that the price for 1 copy went up from .25 cents to .30 cents. The man politely told her he only had a quarter. She toyed with him about the price and finally told him she would accept the quarter. He offered to get more money or bring it back later. THIS IS NOT THE ISSUE. The man left the counter and as he was walking out the woman went in the back and started joking with other employees about the man that obviously comes frequently for copies and pays with nickels and dimes. The man was still in the store and heard the laughter and the conversation. He paused at the door and looked back at the other customers in the store and was truly embarrassed. This type of behavior is unacceptable. There should be HR oversight to help mean people learn we are all the same and deserve respect.

Don't use them! They open your boxes steal your items and mail you an empty envelope! Even misspell your name! If your going to steal do it right!! Whoever worked on 1/18 YOU ARE A THEIF!!

This UPS offers a lot of services I go mainly for Amazon returns but there's always a lot of people conducting different -- all staff are awesome--They're always friendly and offering to assist, they are always patient with the elderly and not a smart a** when u ask a d*** question--other UPS around SB can be rude and pushy-

Clean with a well lit parking lot. Usually steady business all day but busy in evenings at times and on Fridays. Customer service is good. They seem to be professional from what I've observed. Haven't had any issues with them specifically at the store but UPS itself has given me trouble in the past.

I went to do a return from Amazon, the lady attend before 9 a.m. She was not willing to help me as I am disabled. She recommended that I wait for the Attended that was coming in at 9. I've been to this UPS STORE nu.merous time, this was my worst experience ever
