Dropped off an Amazon return and asked if they sell stamps. The employee tells me yes we sell them in quantities of 4, 10, and 20 and they are the forever stamps. I asked for a sheet of 20 and he never told me there was an added surcharge on them. He rings them up and tells me to tap my card on the payment kiosk. It wasn't until he handed me the receipt with the stamps that I noticed it was $18.00. I told him you didn't tell me there was a mark-up on them or I would not have purchased them. I asked if he could cancel the transaction and he said no all sales are final. I'm sorry but to mark them up that much is over the top! I will never buy stamps let alone any other mailing products there again!

Shipped a package for this store for the first and last time. I tried to track the package but the tracking number comes back as invalid. I tried to get help from UPS's main center but they said I need to contact the store. I tried calling from the number listed on their website. After dealing with the god awful voice menu system I finally connected to someone. It was back to the main UPS line! That person said I need to contact the store directly and gave me the same number listed on the website. She then told me I now need to go directly to the store. Be nice but I am now 50 miles away!

Ive been coming here for years. Sometimes its so crowded that the line goes out the door, but don't fear the workers get you in and out in the line moves so quickly. Every employee that I have encountered working there has always been helpful nice and efficient. I purchased a lot from Amazon on constantly have Amazon returns this is the easiest and quickest location to do my returns at. And if you ever have outgoing mail you can just set it on the side counter they will take care of it for you no need to wait in line. And a weird flex but i have to mention about the store is whatever air freshener they use smells so darn good. Never been in the store one time even full of people on a hot summer day and had it not smell good.

I've always been happy with the service there unfortunately today there was a female employee that was a bit unprofessional and borderline rude to the customer in front of me as well as chewing her gum very openly where we could all see the color of the gum as well as it hanging out of her mouth. Yikes!!

Great and accommodating service whenever I ship (which I needed a snowboard and boots shipped recently) or have a return. Glad they are there.

The owner of this location has told his employees to charge $1.25 for a strip of tape to put on your return box. I saw a lady get charged $9.89 for a label and small envelope. The greed!I understand the need to cover expenses, but don't abuse your customers!

This store deserves zero stars. I dropped off 4 boxes to this store and paid $500 to be delivered to my new home. I received them all torn up and most of my items in each box were destroyed and shattered. One box was dropped and broke completely, and it was obvious that someone threw my shattered items back in the box and taped up the box about 6 times- These boxes were brand new. I purchased them the same day I dropped them off at UPS. (I expected a couple items not to make it, but I didn't expect to lose everything). I called the store and spoke to Heidi the "manager" and boy was I wrong when I thought things couldn't get worse. Heidi was very rude and snappy from the very beginning. My call was a inconvenience to her and she made sure I was aware of that. I sent her an email regarding what happened and included attachments with all my pictures, receipts, etc. to file a claim. I called 4 days later to get an update on my claim and her first response was that she did not receive my email, which I knew was not true because I sent the email twice and received two automated emails confirming they received my email. She then placed me on hold for 15 minutes and got back on the phone and told me the pictures of my receipts were too blurry. I asked her if she could see the rest of my pictures and she said "yeah, everything else is good, just resend pictures of the receipts". So I did, and I waited about an hour, haven't heard from Heidi, so I called the store back to confirm she received the email, the pictures are good and I can move on. She answers the call again, I told her I resent the receipts and she says, "Oh, well I don't have pictures of your broken items" after I just got off the phone with her confirming that she does.... I told her that she just told me she does, I'm confused and because I asked her to explain, she begins yelling!! Yelling at me, stating that's not what she said and I have no reason to be upset and she stated, "she isn't the one who broke my stuff". I told her, " I brought my boxes to your UPS office, that you manage so yes this is your responsibility and I do have many reasons to be upset." I also stated I will resend my email with all attachments again and I expect a call back confirming she has everything. She started yelling at me again and I cut her off and repeated the same statement again. She said "WOW" and hung up on me. I never received a call when I forwarded the email again and I tried calling back twice and she sent me to voicemail, refusing to take my calls. This was the worst customer service I have ever received. Heidi is very short tempered, extremely rude, unprofessional at its finest, immature and does not have the necessary skills to be any type of manager. I will never use UPS again and I made sure to tell my friends and family what I went threw and they will also no longer be using UPS anymore. This company can thank Heidi for the business loss.

I usually go into the UPS store to turn in prepaid returns from Amazon and other online retailers. Always polite and having no troubles on either side of the package exchange. Thank you
