I trusted my items for 5 years paying close $15,000. Rent is now almost $400 a month. Gave notice I was emptying my unit. Only to find it mouse infested with droppings, pee and water damage. I had to throw out 3 truck loads and two trailers of my belongings. I needed to sell my belongings to pay for surgery I need.

The lady at the front should not be with the attitude I don't know if she had a bad month but she treated me like I was a piece of scrap everything with attitude or no help at all any phone call or personal interaction wen she was harassing us while using our storage we had paid for an still paying even though i would like to of taken our stuff somewhere closer an with someone nicer we were moving stuff in and out getting rid of stuff an was told we can't be there all day it wasn't like we weren't doing something with the storage the whole time an she everytime told us we had to be out at a certain time an we were but she still had to tell us every single time and wen it was time to leave we picked up any boxes or trash an asked where we could throw it away and she said the 2 dumpsters were for there use only I tried to get another unit for our other stuff an said it was to late I need to make apt while she was doing nothing they are hardly in the office at all the multiple times I was there during business hours the office was only unlocked 1 time an the bathroom in the coded gate enclosure with its own outside entrance was never unlocked she bird dogged us everyday an we were doing nothing but reorganizing an trying to fit everything from 3 separate moves the place is clean close an nice but could do with new front desk person or customer service training!

I had a storage for several years. I didn’t mind the increase, but when it came time to move out, they gave me a hard time to prorate my account I never received my refund I called multiple times they are rude and they don’t care. Specially, the female she’s super lazy. I believe her name is Angela I don’t recommend this place.

I had storage unit for 3 years I decided to get rid of the stuff I had so I called universal self storage to cancel my space and I went cleaned everything out of the unit they ended up charging my account after I had moved out I called several times no one called me back and when I finally got a hold of them they said sorry we don't pro rate so I told them ur going to charge for the whole month and I only used the space for 5 days The last that's there she's lazy and disrespectful the kid and the mom that ran the place manage the facility a lot better I don't recommend this place

Not sure if my review will hold a lot of weight but I just moved about a month ago and so far my experience has great. Not only was the process quick and simple I’m really happy about the rate that have and the place looks well kept. I will review again 9 months from now. I do recommend this storage location.
