This place is ok; however there are two staff in particular who are racist. Miss Monique and Miss Diana who is the assistant director and the receptionist at the front desk. For one, my daughter worked there and her child went there and 80% of the time (countless) when my daughter was done with her schedule she would try to leave to do homework because she is a college student and single mother miss monique (the mentally challenged one) would ask her to take her baby or the baby would magically come up sick resulting in her having to be picked up. Mind you my daughter worked there AND paid for care. They even made it mandatory that my daughter go in at the earliest time knowing she doesn't have a car so she ubers a lot while letting other workers set their schedules. To add insult to all the injuries my daughter endured she handled all the turmoil as a queen (no attitudes, showing up doing job to the best of her abilities and loving the kids and actually making lessons to teach them) on her last day, instead of them letting her spend time with the kids since she will be missed by them; they had her outside picking up trash.

Awful childcare center!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The director was rude to me and my daughter. Our tour of the center was rather short with no room for questions or anything. She refused to answer my questions regarding safety and future enrollment. And We were not greeted or acknowledged upon arrival by anyone at the front desk. Instead the let us into the building and they just looked at us, and when I asked for help, they said "are you lost?" My sister used to go here too, but after talking to my dad about it and about how they treated us, we took her out. No need to have them treat my sister like shit and my daughter. It's a no for me. I'd give them 0 stars if I could

Too bad one person there can ruin your children's life. Rude, mean and deceiving. Definitely the worst experience of my life. I have 5 children and they've all been on day care. From LA petite and kindergarten. Tutor time I wouldn't use them if they were free.

My son is 2 years old and the kids have been biting him and hitting him since he was 1 and I didn't complain because they are kids and I THOUGHT the teachers will handle it... now he has learned how to bite from them and they are now kicking him out(today!) and since I said they are weird they have now kicked out my 8 year old that have not ever got in trouble and mind u we've been there for 8 yrs!!! This is crazy and discrimination I can't believe it!! My daughter asked Monique what did she do? She had no response... and Alyssa is in cahoots with Monique.... Alyssa have moved my son from a table with 8 kids to a table by himself and didn't feed him til last and they also got it on VIDEO( Deanna) seen the video and have not done anything about it I don't understand how u can not feed a child and be so mean to an innocent child and still work there

Courtney the manager feels that if she responds to a review she's done her job. She needs to hold her employees accountable for their actions instead of having concern people call the 800 number. Yelling at crying kids is just wrong it belittles them it affects their self esteem and it imposes fear of speaking out, That's why so many kids don't say anything when they are mistreated or abused. What happened to see something say something? This place is an Anthony Avalos waiting to happen. I saw and heard this Yelling at kids a 100 feet away, now imagine what's happens indoors when there's no one watching? Shame on you Courtney.

Do not bring your kids to this location. If you are familiar with this area I was walking out of Chase Bank when I heard someone yelling at the top of their lungs when I got closer to the south side of the fence I seen this short girl still yelling at the kids that are already crying and sitting telling them she shouldn't have to raise her voice that loud to be heard. Upon seeing that I yelled at her twice not to be yelling at the kids. At the same time a tall black lady turns and tells me to mind my own business Instead of her addressing the matter with her CO worker she enables that behavior. Yelling at kids should never be a tool for education These are kindergarten kids And both of these so called teachers need to control their emotions and fired so they can fix they problems. This happened today 10/7/22.

Staff is very professional on top of things. My sons first day we entered he felt special everyone was all smiles and saying hello. He was taken to school on the bus he said he felt extra safe because he saw something that says the bus driver is CPR certified. (He doesn't know they all are certified) but great experience! Thank you Johanna and Monique!

I am a mother of a child who attends this school and even though we are leaving once he starts public school, I need to share our experience here. First off, nobody ever answers the phone when my husband or I call. Nor is there anyone at the front desk when we pick him up; the two girls in charge always seem to be locked in the office socializing. But you better believe when it comes to me not being on time with my payment, they call excessively. It is usually my mother who drops off & picks up my son, and she tells me that his teacher is either scolding someone or yelling for someone to "lie down". The encounters I have had with his teacher haven't been very pleasant either- Ms Francine (or Frances) is rude, fake, and does not have the heart to be there. I don't like to complain, but I do want to be sure people are aware of what we have experienced. I have called and complained about the school and voiced my concerns to the state/county, hope they do something about it.

The owner Courtney or who ever posting to follow up with customer service is a complete joke, there is no accountability, when I called the only thing done was a poor attempt at making excuses for the behavior and lack of staff.......same pre generated response

expensive. ok the best daycare I've seen in the area. the toddler room is filled with great people. My daughter loves coming to school in the mornings and happy when I pick her up. I spy on them sometimes and they are always holding, playing, or reading to the kids. they send you alerts when your child is being changed, fed, or if you want a picture through their app. amazing. but expensive. great staff.

Tutor time is an excellent Day Care center. It was enough to say my son "I wonder what Mrs. Tammy prepared for you for today?" and he was eager to go there. It is a bit more expensive then Kindercare but it worth it - large rooms with natural lighting, interesting programs, very nice teachers, a lot of conversations between kids and teachers. It became for my son a second family. I recommend Tutor Time to anyone who is looking a Day Care center.
