I accidentally scheduled my appointment on the wrong date & had grad photos the next day & everyone was SO friendly & willing to help! :’) Sophia squeezed me in despite already having a client, & she + Tina did my blowout together. I left so happy & am very grateful everyone was willing to help me <3 No one made me feel bad about it either, everyone was so understanding

I went in to get a hair trim and layers. Crystal was the one who did the hair cut, and I’m very unhappy with the hair cut. The layers are choppy and uneven and are not blended. I was quoted a price of 50-65 dollars, and at the end she charged me 75 dollars and charged me an extra 5, because I used my card which I’ve had my hair done there several times, and never have been charged a fee to run my card. So I paid 80 dollars for a hair cut that is pretty bad! I wouldn’t recommend going to her.

I wanted my roots golden blond wanting a color correction. She convinced me my already damaged hair had to be bleached out. Left with white hair and very disappointed. I told her I didn’t like my roots so white. So she then colored my roots brown about 2 inches on top of bleached white hair. Waited about a month and went back again showing her the golden blond I wanted. She then had someone she was training bleach my hair again. Now I have no hair because of the damage. I went to another stylist to trim the dead off and she asked what products I was using. I told her what Tina referred and had to throw them all out because they were causing more damage. Wasted about $500 here. Horrible experience! I don’t know what to do now?

Always love Trendsetter, have never been disappointed in their services. The boutique always has beautiful jewelry and other items for sale. I've gotten my hair done, had massages, and recently booked a full spa day for my mother and I for mother's day next week. I always look forward to going back. Lauren does a beautiful job with hair, and Theresa is a wonderful masseuse. Highly, highly recommend.

went to Marlena Moreno for a trim and "a lot" of layers. told her i wanted to keep the length. charged me $65 and cut off over 6 inches of my hair. i was told by a manager that a refund would not be possible. i miss my hair and my money

they messed up simple trim and layering and cut off way too much of my friends hair. DO NOT get your hair done here you would be better off cutting your own hair at home.

Waited about 10 minutes at the front for help and the only person that spoke to me in the beginning when I asked about a service couldn’t help me and told me to wait for the front desk person. Several people came up but no one helped
