We bought a vape pen from This store on 6-2 for a trip we just took this pat weekend. Opened it on Friday and the damn pen stopped working on Sunday. The battery was defective. We took it back to the store today on 6-12 and the people behind the counter were super rude didn’t want to help us with anything because of it being more than 7 days. It was horrible customer service. We just wanted to exchange the battery. They didn’t do anything. We have always came here to buy different things for a long time and have always recommended this place to others. I have never seen the return policy anywhere in the store. I don’t know what hey could have done to make it right but what they did do they lost a customer. Never again will we come here
